> 24 hourI finally landed on this monitor after a ton of research. For the price and size it was a bargain. Ive logged about 3 weeks of gaming and I have had zero issues. The extra features are more than I expected and with very little adjustments to the factory settings I am able to get great colors from this monitor. I highly recommend downloading the software from LGs website to give even more control over features you might not expect from a monitor. Lastly, going from a 60hz screen to a 144hz screen is more than noticeable and will change your life.

> 24 hourThis is a fantastic monitor for what I paid ($350), but I have my concerns. The first one I received showed up with a cluster of dead pixels towards the middle of the screen and had one more dead pixel further down. I requested a replacement and was excited at first when the new one arrived, until I saw what appeared to be a stuck pixel/pixels. I tried all the tricks I could find online to remedy it, but still no luck so far. I understand things happen and this is why I didnt want to leave a mediocre review for the first monitor, but 2 pixel issues in a row lead me to believe this is somewhat of a common issue (Or that I am a terribly unlucky individual). That explains why 2 stars were taken off, but lets jump to why it did receive the 3 stars. This monitor is an absolute steal for the price. If you add up the size, the resolution, the refresh rate, the slightly better than TN panel and the Freesync (while also being G-Sync compatible) this is worth more than what I paid for. I am happy to report that all of these features work as expected. Although this isnt verified to work with G-Sync, there are no issues with it and other reviews and YouTubers have confirmed this is the case as well. This allows you to essentially get G-Sync at a fraction of the cost and I can attest after using it that G-Sync is game changing. Overall this is a fantastic monitor for the price and would easily receive 5 stars from me, but the pixel issues with both monitors I received are worrisome .

> 24 hourFor the price, you wont find a better monitor with this size, refresh rate, picture quality, response time, and craftsmanship. I dont remember what the negative reviews were about, but this 1440p 32 gaming monitor is top notch for me. I came from a 1080p 60hz screen, so this is an incredible upgrade for me. LoL and BDO look absolutely stunning and my game play is smoother than ever. I see EVERYTHING so smoothly during team fights now. My only complaint is that video streaming doesnt always provide you with anything higher than 1080p, so you wont get the most quality out of your monitor unless the website streaming your videos also enables 1440p-4k streaming. UPDATE: Also want to mention that the monitor supports FREESYNC, not G-SYNC. Was a bit disappointed in learning that, since I have an Nvidia GPU, not AMD.

> 24 hourBeautiful big and bright! I love this monitor I am coming from a VG279Q IPS 144hz 1080p Panel. I was hesitant to make the jump from 1080p to 1440p because I didnt want to lose FPS I got a Gtx 1080 with a i7 7700k however so far all the games I play mostly Hunt Showdown, Pubg, Fortnite and Ark I dont even notice a difference other than how much better games look , I no longer see any pixels everything is just so smooth edged, As for the monitor its big and it has a heavy quality feel to it dont feel or look cheap at all I am so happy I made the jump and for those of you worried about GSync dont worry its 100% fully compatible and even says so in the on screen menu now since the update. I nearly purchased the G-Sync model im so glad I didnt save a couple hundreds bucks!

> 24 hourOnly thing is that you can not run 1440p @120hz if you’re on a console. Didn’t know that at the time but you can run 1080p @120hz and the V-Sync does work as well. Other than that, I’m not very happy with it. Just wish I knew before hand that it was in sync for consoles to run 1440p @ 120hz.

> 24 hourThis is the second LG monitor Ive bought in the past few years. While their image quality has been good, solid FPS/refresh rate and everything, neither of them have lasted beyond 1.5 years, which is pretty absurd, as none of my equipment routinely goes back in that short period of time. All the more ridiculous give that the last model I bought was the then-~$700 Gsync monitor, as there wasnt really gsync compatibility back then. Now, the monitors screen is pure white when its powered on, and there doesnt appear to be anything I can do about it. I will be avoiding LG monitors like the plague.

> 24 hourThis is a great overall monitor and is covered in detail on some review channels on you tube. I bought it on recommendations from there and am very pleased. Its a VA panel so great contrast but for gaming VA panels arent the fastest on response. However, this one only has a 6ms average response time and ive had 0 issues when gaming while still getting the really nice contrast of a VA panel.

> 24 hourEverything about this monitor is good. The bezel is thin and unobtrusive. The stand is just the right size and form. The vertical and tilt adjustments work easily. The menu is the best Ive ever seen on a monitor. It has a single joystick sort of button on the bottom, and a very well designed menu for setting the various options. The image quality is very good, very smooth frame rate, as expected, and the image quality is very good (not as good as a lower frame rate IPS monitor I have beside it, but very good regardless). I recently bough another IPS monitor for the image quality, but I wish i would have just bought another one of these monitors for the better controls, frame rate, stand, etc.

> 24 hourAbsolutely the best monitor that you can get for 1440p/144hz gaming. I use display port to connect to the PC so getting the max refresh rate is perfect. The viewing angles are great, the colors after a little adjustment, using the colors settings recommended from a video by Hardware Unboxed and the colors look great. It can get very bright if needed. It has an Audio out port to be able to connect headphones or external speakers to the monitor for sound and that is very convenient since external speakers or headphones will sound better than if the monitor had internal speakers. I dont experience any ghosting at all while gaming. Excellent monitor. 10/10 would buy again

> 24 hourI like everything about the monitor when it works , but it often fails to wake from sleep or falls asleep while my computer is booting and is then difficult to wake it again. Do an internet search for this issue with these LGs. It is annoying as hell to use workarounds such as... Fiddling with the settings when I boot my computer so it doesnt fall asleep. Unplugging and plugging it back in to get it to wake. Turning the monitor power off when I will be afk for awhile so I can turn it back on again so it wont auto sleep. Yes I have sleep mode off on the monitor and on windows. This LG apparently ignores how I set the power saving modes. I have learned to use these workarounds and so I didnt bother to return it but only because of the pain of shipping back such a large item during the pandemic in the small towwn that I reside. How i bought it locally I would have taken it back within a week. The screen itself is nice once you tune it and I had zero dead pixels. I enjoy the colors, low glare and response time for gaming and I would recommend it if they could fix the sad hibernating bear issue.
