After less than a month, the computer stopped working. When I called, they asked me to hold the power button, and since that did not resolve the issue I now have two wait for up to, two days for someone else to call me back. Thank goodness, I apparently, do not truly need a computer for distance teaching or my sons distance learning. They seem to not care about the customers after they get your money.

The only problem is the plug and play for headset. usb on the right and volume on left. Headset that requires both, what do you think will happen? and the box for plug keeps falling off the wall. its annoying. Too damn heavy to be plug on the wall

The pc is okay a little low on memory but fast enough for most things. The screen okay but not the best. The battery is horrible, if you used 3d cells it would last just as long. 1 1/2-3 hours max. Better off calling it a desktop. Would not buy another would get a desktop model instead.

I cant recommend this product. The screen was washed out and had a blue tint. Adjusting display settings didnt affect it. I dont know if it was defective or if this is just the way screens look on budget laptops, but if youre looking for a laptop to watch videos or edit photos, I wouldnt recommend this one.

For the price, this is a solid choice. I teach Computer Information Systems to college students and needed a dedicated Windows machine for certain applications and this fit the bill just fine. The display leaves something to be desired, but works ok.

A couple months in the laptop blue screen bricked and would not start up. Got it repaired for basically half of what it cost to buy, and it happened again in a couple months. Not wasting any more money on this, and you should not waste yours either.

Very lightweight, charges quickly. This laptop does just what I wanted, my kids play Roblox on it and it is smooth playing with no freezing. My son does online school and it works great for that. We check emails and watch YouTube and it has had no problems handling that. I like that there is actually a sliding button to turn off the camera, I usually put a sticker over the camera but it is nice not to have to do that incase I do want to use it.

The screen is the worst part about the product, on par with the vendors handling of the return.

Died 5 weeks after I received it. After hours on the phone and chat with Lenovo, its going to be weeks or more to get it repaired. Probably a faulty power switch. 5 weeks.
