A quality laptop with hardware specs that will allow the laptop to be useful for years to come. I am a computer science student, and have no issues multi-tasking my applications, some of which are resource hungry. One thing to note with this, is that you only get about 5.8gb of RAM for the operating system, I think this is because AMD utilizes 2GB of the RAM for the video card. After doing lots of shopping around, this was an extremely cost effective product. The laptop does come with some pre loaded Lenovo software, but easily uninstalled, so you have a useful computer. Do not think that because youre not spending over 1,000$ that you are not getting a nice laptop. Quad core processor with 8GB RAM is good to go for many years to come. The SSD hard drive is extremely fast, and with all my applications installed and one game, I have about 120GB hard drive space left. If you have lots of video or pictures, this could be used up pretty quick, but you could also get an external hard drive for that purpose.

Worst computer ever. I had one given to me and the screen separated from the back. Then I had one given to me as a gift brand less than 6 months the hard drive over heated and blew up melted the screen casing around it Now waiting to see if Lenovo will replace or not. Just want my money back but does not look like that will happen. Levine idea pad 5

I received an open box. Had fresh stickers but the perforated part on top was torn and the power supply was outside its wrapper.

Bad product, No power at all, went practically dead in less than 3 months.

La compre para las clases virtuales de mis hijas pero la imagen de la cámara es de muy baja calidad, ese dato no se encuentra en las especificaciones pero nunca me imagen que seria tan mala, la calidad de la misma.

The laptop seems to work fine, but the screen colors are washed out and the images and words are not sharp. I keep feeling like I need to clean my glasses, but it is the screen quality. Ive always purchased laptops in this price category, but Ive never had one with this problem before.

We like this laptop. Make sure you buy the extended warranty. Especially if you are using for school. My sons first one lasted 5 weeks after the warranty expired. He did 2 straight years of technical college, back and forth 5 days a week. Stopped working ,main board.
