Im very disappointed with this purchase. I bought this 3 months ago and the return window with Amazon has passed. Im currently outside of the US, the manufacturer wouldnt send me an international return label, I tried to purchase international warranty but it was not available for Ideapads. So 3 months after this purchase the screen just stops working, I cant return the laptop and I cant use my warranty nor can I purchase better warranty. This is the last Lenovo I buy.

Lets start with the price was pretty good, so I thought I would give it a try. However I am a little disappointed with the screen. The color seems to be washed out and I had to do a lot of adjustments to get it to a point that it didnt bother me,(it still bothers me a little)

Laptop dead just bought at Xmas. Leveno NO HELP.

Screen goes black repeatedly without warning. Camera decides when it wants to work. No callback from tech team to help. This is going to be returned once my quarantine lifts. Do not recommend

Actually I returned the laptop. It is light weight. I liked it. However, probably because of the software installed, I couldn’t install the apps I was looking for. I mainly bought it to watch streaming movies, preferably kdramas. I could install Netflix, but it was difficult to install Vicki and few others for that purpose. I bought a Dell external hard drive but for some reason it didn’t work on this laptop. One thing after another so I have to return it

This is a terrible laptop. Screen quality is poor.

My parent offer to get me a laptop as a present and my Bf help he selcte this laptop. Simple design but it allows the game and better screen quality. Never try lenovo product before but I love it so far!
