I bought mine at Microcenter. Ive had it for 4 months and it decided to stop charging. I took it to Microcenter to get it fixed and it worked for a couple of weeks but stopped charging again. I went to Microcenter and they said they cant refund it. I contacted Lenovo and they wont refund it either. Save your money and get something better quality!

Very good for the price. I wish the display was actually a touchscreen, but nevertheless it is still a good device. Would definitely recommend.

Got this for my son for school. Big issue with battery not charging above 59%, so Ive already had to take it in for warranty work.

I got this and fell in love. However, within 5 months this computer completely crashed. It would not do anything but turn on. It would not start up at all. I called the manufacturer and they told me that this device was sold by the manufacturer without a warranty and would not even assist me to try to get it working. I did not buy this without a warranty. I am out the money I spent for this and had to buy another computer so that I could keep working. I will never buy another tech devise from Amazon again. I will never trust Lenovo again. Amazon you lost your biggest sales to me. I was looking at other devices I needed for my home office but I will buy at Wal Mart. At least I know how to complain to them.

I love my new computer. The screen is clear and the sound is great. You turn it on and its on, no waiting. I do a lot of streaming and conference calls on zoom and it works perfect. And the size is wonderful not bulky or heavy, Just perfect!

Purchased this new in May, 2020. A few weeks later, it began to put itself to sleep and refuse to awaken. At first, it would come back on in an hour or so, so the only way to use the machine was to leave it plugged in and turned on all the time. About a week ago, it once again fell asleep when the lid was accidentally closed and did not awaken. After researching online and speaking with several computer techs, I discovered that their are thousands of similar problems being reported with this model. I have used Lenova computers before and found them to be a good problem but this situation has made it so that I likely will not purchase a Lenova in the future.

La pantalla el brillo debe ser ajustado un poco para mejor calidad y la cámara web es de las baratas, fuera de eso es muy buena para el precio. Muy Veloz y buen poder de computo y la batería dura bastante. Compra recomendada sobre todo si cuentas con poco presupuesto

I gave this to a family member who needed a laptop and per him, it met all his needs. The screen is nice, this is great to watch movies on, and it has Windows 10 already installed. Very nice product at a good retail price.

I received an open box. Had fresh stickers but the perforated part on top was torn and the power supply was outside its wrapper.

It was for my grandson. He loves it!
