Normally getting a newer model of laptop wouldnt be an issue. However I wanted the exact machine listed in the description. I received a 15ALC6 model instead of the listed item. It came with Windows 11, which would not work for my purposes.

Great laptop for the living room, plays wow classic just fine. I’ve had for 6 months no issues. Screen could be better, speakers sound fine.

Nice computer for price. Screen quality is good. Not a touch screen but It’s a solid Windows 10.. Not a Windows 10S.. My purpose for this computer is to take a state test. It has all requirements for that purpose! It’s also great to surf net, emails and all you need! Great price at $423!! Fast delivery! Super happy with my purchase.

Purchased this new in May, 2020. A few weeks later, it began to put itself to sleep and refuse to awaken. At first, it would come back on in an hour or so, so the only way to use the machine was to leave it plugged in and turned on all the time. About a week ago, it once again fell asleep when the lid was accidentally closed and did not awaken. After researching online and speaking with several computer techs, I discovered that their are thousands of similar problems being reported with this model. I have used Lenova computers before and found them to be a good problem but this situation has made it so that I likely will not purchase a Lenova in the future.
