> 3 dayIve used KT Tape off and on for a chronic ankle problem I got from running. When it flared up Id use some tape on it which would provide some relief. The only issue I had with KT Tapes original product was that since I used it on my ankle and foot, the ends of the tape would tend to come loose when you put you shoes and socks on and took them off. And once the ends come loose, its not long before the whole piece of tape wont stay. KT Tape advertises that it will stay on and can be worn for up to 5 days and occasionally I would get that much use out of it, but many times it would only last a day or two. Enter KT Tape Pro. I read a very positive review of it from someone I follow on Twitter and since I already knew the tape worked for me as far as providing relief from my injury, I decided to try a roll of their pro product. Im happy to say it works as advertised. If you apply it as directed (make sure to burnish it down good), it stays on. For several days. If youre wearing it on your feet, you still need to take some care putting on and taking off socks, but as long as you do that, you can wear it for a few days before it needs to be removed. If youve used KT Tapes original product, you will notice KT Tape Pro doesnt have the pre-cut split down the center of each piece. IMO, this is a change for the better. In many applications of the tape, you dont want to split it and its much easier to lay it down as a single piece without that pre-cut split. And if you do need that, its simple enough to do it yourself with a pair of scissors. All in all, a definite improvement on the original KT Tape. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayIt is not entirely a pain relief. I don’t understand how it’s pain relief as I didn’t have any change on pain. However it’s a prevented product that avoid sudden pulls etc. also Paid $11.50 less than one month ago. Now $15.50. Nearly 40% increase in a month made me not to order this product anymore!

Greater than one weekI have a connective tissue disorder (EDS) that causes my joints to be hyper mobile. My knees, regardless of how much PT I do to strengthen, still dislocate, as do my elbows and many smaller joints like fingers. During the hotter months, my joints get worse, and the colder months make my joints stiffer and therefore less painful. I had a friend recommend these to me after they had a sports injury. Best. Idea. Ever. I slap these babies on and around my knees and look out world, I’m held together with tape, but I’m coming through!! I do have to be careful removing the tape, just because I bruise easily and can tear my skin very easily, but the adhesion is spectacular! These bad boys aren’t moving anywhere! I also love that they are discreet, so I can still wear clothes without a bulky and uncomfortable knee brace. They help alleviate some pain, but they’re not perfect. It would be lovely if they made some with some pain relieving gel inside. I’m still hyper mobile with them on, but I can still go on jogs in the summer like I would in the winter. If you have a connective tissue disorder or have bad joints that need some support, definitely give these a go!

Greater than one weekThe tape was easy to order and quick to come to the house. I like that the quality was very good. It doesnt peel or loosen at the edges. It was just what we needed for my husbands knees and my back.

> 3 dayI have runners knee where my kneecap doesnt track straight and I get pain from high mileage and downhill running. I have used all kinds of braces or supports in the past. I was hesitant to use tape because I thought I may apply it incorrectly and actually do more harm than good. Then I found the YouTube videos for KT tape and decided to give it a shot. The tape has allowed me to keep training for a marathon I have. I was at a point where I was in pain after one mile, but as soon as I started using the tape the discomfort became less and less. After three weeks Im back doing 15-18 mile long runs and about 40 total a week. I have applied the tape four times in a month. Each time I did it right after getting out of the shower so there was no body oils on my leg. I have normal leg hair for a guy and the tape is OK on the leg hair when in place, but removing it even after a week is not pleasant. This last time I shaved the area that would be taped. I havent removed it yet, but Im sure itll be a better experience. I have also noticed that its holding up much better on the edges. After 4-5 showers the edges get a little ratty. I have taped my wife for her plantar fasciitis. The ankle rubs a lot more in the shoe so the tape lasts less than a week. Even so, she has been happy with the support and guidance provided by the tape. In the end it costs about $2.25-2.50 each time I tape my knee. Im hoping to stop using it after my marathon and work on strengthening my legs more but until then this tape makes running much more bearable. Watch the YouTube videos, clean your skin with soap and dry, dont touch the adhesive and consider shaving the area for best adhesion and comfort. I forget its even there.

> 3 dayI have suffered from migraines for the past 10 years. A lot of my migraines seem to stem from having a stiff neck. I heard kinesiology tape can be helpful in dealing with these. I am extreamly pleased with my purchase. Since my original purchase,I have purchased 2 more times. I typically use 1 to 2 of the pre cut strips each time, depending on how I choose to apply it that time. They do stay on very well. I shower with them on daily and they typically last me 4 days but I have worn for 5. Depending on where you are applying these they can be difficult to apply. i cut one end of my strip and apply those ends to the base behind my ears and run it behind my neck and down my back. sometimes it doesnt go on very well since I cant see what Im doing and I end up having to start over using a new strip. Like I said It stays on very well, UNLESS you try to move it once its already touched your skin. I have gotten pretty good at applying it but sometimes its just easier to have someone help you with it. I have also used it to help with back pain and applied it on my sister for lower back pain and in all attempts it seems to be effective. I highly recommend doing some research and watching you tube videos on how to apply these as a lot of it deals with pulling the tape during some of the application to get the most benefit out of them. I love all the color choices. I do recommend if you are wearing them during your normal day to get a less noticeable color, as you will get a lot of strange looks and a lot of questions. I am thrilled about trying this product and I will continue purchasing!
