Kingston 480GB A400 SATA 3 2.5 Internal SSD SA400S37/480G - HDD Replacement for Increase Performance

I basically looked at ratings and the price was right during holiday sales. I wanted an SSD drive to use this for my pc back up and image. It runs cool and super fast! My backups finish a lot faster switching this out with an old 2.5HDD. Backups that took 1 hour now take 15 min. SATA connectivity so it is internal and fits in the caddy perfectly. It has a plastic case which surprisingly stays cool enough as not to be a concern.

Took my barely functional desktop and made it usable again. Much cheaper than buying a whole new computer

Replaced hdd with this as a temp drive before I buy a 1tb SSD and I am pleasantly surprised at read write speeds. Great but for the money.

I like it. Using it for game downloads that I may transfer later.

Not bad for the $. But the size isnt enough for me personally, Maybe to run an os. But definitely not for storage.

Used for a while now, no issues. So fast especially having my boot and all my launchers on it

u cant beat it for the price , used Kingston sdd before and never had any issues with them and I will keep using them because its great quality

Speed improvement noticed on this one, i got just 120G for my old 2014 notebook.
