> 3 dayThis laptop is for my personal use. After having it for only 6-7 months, and using it a little each day, i am no longer able to access my wi-fi connections. I keep getting the message that I have a hardware problem with my wifi adapter. A brand new laptop should not be experiencing these type of problems with in just a few months. HP support is trying to say it is a software issue and the warranty for that ended 12/20 but my laptop is still under warranty until September 2021. Very frustrating to deal with HP on this. I was forwarded 4 times and all I could get were people that wanted to sell me different service plans.

> 3 dayI was expecting this laptop to be a bit under-powered, and not quite up to the mark in video and audio. I was completely wrong: this machine blew past my expectations. For a general use laptop, used for web browsing, word processing, and similar purposes, this is more than an adequate machine, this is really very good. The performance is more than acceptable: I havent noticed anything being unusually slow or erratic, it just runs smoothly and fast. The display is 1920x1080 (so HD but not 4K), and clear and crisp for watching online video (for example). The audio too is surprisingly good: you can play music on it and enjoy the well-balanced sound, no cringing necessary.

> 3 dayat $600 I couldnt ask for more. Great video, great sound, easy to set up and use. Initially there were many programs that I didnt want and would never use that I deleted (easy to delete in settings). Sound and video are excellent for virtual meetings. Adjust sound and video you your needs (in Serrings). Ive read some of the complaints about this laptop crashing, etc. My advice would be to just reboot, update all software (Settings > System), and be patient. Ive read that you can turn this laptop into a touchscreen notebook, but I prefer using a mouse over touchscreen. Excellent laptop that I recommend.
