> 3 dayI bought this laptop on 08/2020, at first it works fine but then about 6 months later the screen started to go dark. Long story short, I have called HP tech support about 4 times (be ready to spend about an hour on the phone with them), after each time that they reboot and check my computer, they promised that the problem was fixed, but the issue keep happening. I also send my compute to HP for repair (I have to pay $26 to expedite shipping) they kept it about three weeks. For weeks later, the problem came back. Today I am calling HP again, and now they are telling me that they will not replace it, that I have to send my laptop for repair to them again. Seriously HP!!! No buying this brand ever again.

> 3 dayThis computer is a real disappointment! I returned it the same day. It shutdown itself without any warning. the images are dull, is not bright at all. Its a waste of money. I returned it since 5 days and till now no acknowledge receipt, no response while they already took the money from my account.

> 3 dayUpdate 2020-07-30: This computer features two USB 3 ports on the left hand side. When a Logitech mouse and a Toshiba disk drive are connected to these ports at the same time, one of them becomes intermittent. Usually its the mouse, but today it was the disk drive. At this time the computer is plugged in and charging. I cannot recommend this computer for any application.
