Good for simple stuff

This is great if you only use it for casual personal use. It is way too slow for any kind of work.

mouse pad does not work

Then died a week after the return date. So after about six weeks of ownership, stopped taking a charge, so now we have a dead gray brick. Since I couldnt return it, I opened it up. No burn marks or unseated cables. Something just quietly died with no warning or indication of what component failed. I was a great laptop for its price while it lasted. Screen wasnt great and had a narrow viewing angle compared to higher end laptops, but good for the price point. Now that it failed, it was obviously not seen as such a great deal.

WOW! talk about easy. just turn it on, log into google and Wah-Lah, Everything from my google popped on my new computer from my android. I did not have to down load a thing. Even all my favorite pages, passwords you name it. I was worried I did not have all my passwords when my pc broke and that they would all have to be re-set.. Wish I bought this insread of my windows 10 night mare expeirened w last computer. Thanks

A litter bit of everthing work play time

Don’t buy this hp! Printer and chrome book are not compatible!! A waste of time be transferred from one “tech” to another and no satisfaction after 4 hours!! Hp does not understand that time is important to there customers!! Don’t waste you time and money!!

I bought this computer for my son to do his homeschooling on. So it sits on the dining room table. I bought it on January 22nd and it is now March 31st and the computer has not been turning on for a week. It overheats and then turns off immediately. When I called the company to see if they could help me with it they basically told me it wasnt their problem. If the product had lasted or been a better quality it would have worked out very well for my son but now it is just a big rectangular paper weight.

this is a good entry level computer, i bought it for my hubby who just wanted something simple to check emails and use his facebook
