Purchased 2 of these for my 10-year old twins to use for virtual learning. They like them - touchscreen and touchpad are easy to use. After 14 months, 1 of them completely crashed (the other is still fine). I did not purchase a protection plan so we are out of a $200 laptop. This is probably the only time we could have actually used it!

Liked it very much, but only after one month, it completely died... as in nothing, no warning, just went blank. I thought maybe could have been a problem with the power source, not charging. So I ordered a replacement adapter, but wasnt the case. It is such a hassle to return stuff! Will never order another Hp...

Was good in the beginning. Became very slow and then the camera died just after 12 months. Useless now for remote school. Disappointed.

This is expired. Unable to update and couldnt even do simple things like adding apps from the Google store. Pass on this one. The price is low for a reason.

Do not buy this! It doesn’t work. I was able to finally turn it on and it shut off by itself! And it was running super slow!!

Perfect if you are just looking for that extra computer to get a couple of things done on. I would suggest if you plan on doing a lot of work to get an external drive to save on. The google chromebook platform does take a little getting used to but once you figure it out, it is great!

Will not except bvd burners

Best laptop ever owned! The battery life is outstanding and can multitask with ease. Great for work and great for streaming services. The only gripe was the picture quality isnt great, but wasnt expecting top of line either. Hopefully it holds up well but time will tell.
