I ordered this laptop years ago for my oldest son with no problems at all so I decided to get another for my second son for Christmas. First one got shipped but when I opened the box it wasn’t even a laptop. I received pieces of plastic with Chinese or Japanese writing on the box. I contacted Amazon and they sent me a replacement. My son opened it for Christmas 4 days ago and 4 of the letter buttons already stopped working so now I have to return it and he’s not happy.

Crome os not windows installed

Basic, but excellent. If it had had a backlighted keyboard I would have kept it.

I like the laptop a lot. Worthy of buying.

Light weight, with unbelievable speed, the touch screen makes navigation so convenient. My only problem is that it advertised with Windows 10 & it does not have windows 10. Amazon knew about the false advertising & did nothing to fix the problem.

This is functional for my elementary school kids. No frills, graphic display is not the best and the camera for video is sub par. But this is cheap relative to others.

Do not like doing personal stuff on work laptop these days. Companies are too invasive. This was a great, inexpensive solution. Decent speed--not stunning but perfectly fine for browsing, writing, etc.
