Stated Chromebook had backlit keyboard. It did not or it did not work. Disappointed in misrepresentation.

This is functional for my elementary school kids. No frills, graphic display is not the best and the camera for video is sub par. But this is cheap relative to others.

It was not touch screen like it said it was! That was one of the main reasons I purchased this one but other than that it’s good.

Perfect laptop for my 10 year old. Highly recommended

Well, dont learn the hard way these chromebooks are just very basic tablets. Period. And I just thought it was a new style, not a completely DIFFERENT machine. So, when I saw the chart list windows 10 the deal was done. Its a HP and 14in 2020 computer so no I failed to read the comments. In fact , it has like 5 icons. Thats the entire computer. A chrome search engine, files, cam, And settings. So, yeah whats the need for a touchscreen when you.have jack to.touch?

First off, this item arrived so quickly - so happy about that! It was easy to remove and set up.. very self explanatory (if you’re familiar with chrome/google) the functions it offers will make it so much easier for my daughter during remote learning! Easy to pair with other hardware and it’s just over all so smart, it’s simple.

Screen is very matte and reflective but I guess thats because its a touch screen.
