I ordered 3 chromebooks for a non-profit and received 2. I havent been able to resolve this issue but the children that received the 2 that I received were very excited to receive the gift. So the disconnect is not with the actual Chromebooks but the ability to resolve the issue of the missing chrome that I paid for.

I love everything about my chrome book never been more satisfied with an online purchase.

Stated Chromebook had backlit keyboard. It did not or it did not work. Disappointed in misrepresentation.

This has probably been the best chrome book I’ve purchased and I have purchased several. It is very lightweight, runs fast, touch screen works great, and color is nice. Only used for school and browsing so no gaming, but that is what chrome books are for so meets my expectations perfectly.
