Love this lid. I like that I don’t have to take the entire lid off every time I need in my beardies enclosure. Pretty heavy and sturdy.

This fits my Aqueon 40 gallon breeder tank from Petsmart perfectly with a about a half inch of overhang. Definitely not snug, but works perfectly for my lizard. If you have an animal that can lift it youll need to clamp it down. Arrived with no dents or dings and the hinge seems strong. It folds 180° in half which is super handy. Seems good quality and as advertised!

I bought this to put on my 40 gallon bearded dragon tank. It seems sturdy but it is also bent terribly. It will not fit the top securely due to the warped frame The shipping box was intact and had several other breakable items(light bulbs) in it and they were not damaged. I feel as if a defective item was shipped.

This was the wrong size, though it said in the description that it should for my size tank. Its going to cost me $5 to return it, so that is a big waste. Im the mean time, my snakes remain in tubs while I try to find the right lid.

Works well

Definitely not made to fit a 40 gallon breeder; its way too loose and slides in every direction, which would make it easy for even a small snake to lift. Needs 4-6 heavy duty clips or straps to remain in place. I do like the hinge though; we upgraded from a small citter cage with a sliding lid to a 40 as an adult cage, the hinge makes it easier to access the cage without having to be set aside elsewhere.

Fits well

Fits my hamster tank nicely. I use this screen lid with 4 clips just in case. A little wiggly/flimsy feeling when you take it off the tank but no issue with it bending, including when I set stuff on top of the screen.

Perfect fit and works very well!
