Great supplement

Great product, easy to take and easy on the stomach! Most powdered creatine (except con-cret) kill my stomach. This product has been a more cost effective, easier alternative to con-cret and a lower carb than my other favorite universal chews.

I used to use this back in 2011 and I wasnt sure if it worked or if it was placebo effect. Started using it again and after a month of use, Im pretty sure it is effective. After taking it, whether I actually have more energy or not, I feel like Im ready to go 30mins after taking. Im almost certain it helps with those last few reps you couldnt usually do because I feel a difference when I cleanse off it for a week or two. Ive used other creatine pills and powders, but this has been my favorite so far. I highly recommend! *Note: I am not a body builder. Just a 24-year-old athlete who leisurely plays multiple sports. Lean body type, 511 & 163 lbs. Take the advice from me as you will.

Regular creatine has always done a number on my digestive system. It can be quite painful and always ends up forcing me to quit taking the creatine for the discomfort to eventually go away. Because of that, I was hesitant to try this formula but was intrigued by the comments saying it was easy on the digestive system. So I jumped. I must say I have been pleasantly surprised by this product! I have encountered no digestive issues. I take a dose a half hour prior to a workout and then another about a half hour after the workout. I would highly recommend this to those who have experienced the same issues as myself with regular creatine. I mean it isnt that expensive; so it is at least worth a shot to see if it will work for you. Creatine is such a great supplement to have to go without; and this product may mean you dont have to.

great price for the amount of creatine your getting. i cant really say much as far as results yet because i just started taking these but i have some friends who have taken these and they tell me the product works great. im hoping to see good results as i work out 5 days a week but im sure i will. creatine plus lifting equals muscle gains... i also like that theres no loading phase or bloating to deal with as there is with regular monohydrate. i will definately order this again... i also see this company has other pills that are creatine blended with pre workout ingredients... would be nice if they gave a sample of the pre workout pills to try as i would be interested in buying them to replace my current pre workout but im still satisfied with my order and will post an update once i start seeing gains.

Helps with strenth

Just what I remembered. Haven’t taken Kre Alkalyn in quite a few years, but am trying to step up my game again and remembered it had worked well in the past. No bloated feeling, dehydration issues, and I enjoy pill form. Probably not as cost effective as a creatine mono, but allows me to easily pop a few in my lunch bag and not have to mix it into a shake. Does the job as it should. Just make sure you’re informed on what you’re buying before you pull the trigger. Research is far better than just trusting a few amazon reviews. It’s not a magic pill, but if you understand it’s uses then this is a viable option.
