> 3 dayCreatine is one of the most - if not THE most studied supplement on the market. It has repeatedly been tested and studied across a variety of medical journals and papers. There is no risk to the kidneys, liver, etc. Creatine will not make you fat or bloated. That being said, while Kre-Alkalyn is just as effective than Creatine monohydrate, it’s not MORE effective nor are there any additional benefits. The Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition found in 2012 that “buffered” creatine like this product produce the same physical results as regular creatine. I simply bought it as I was traveling a lot and figured it would be easier to transport capsules in a marked bottle at an airport rather than a fine white powder. It simply comes down to personal preference. Do you want to mix it into your protein shake or pre workout? Or do you want to pop a couple of pills. TL;DR: Good product, same as regular creative, dinged 1 star for the slightly misleading marketing/claims on this product

> 3 dayGood results, but I had to take double the recommended dose to see some noticeable results in a shorter window

Greater than one weekThis is the buffered version of creatine which is much easier on the stomach than the everyday creatine monohydrate which doesnt dissolve well in water. The ph balance makes it more bioavailable and therefore you need less than the normal 3-5 grams you would take with monohydrate. You still need to take it everyday (same day isnt going to cut it) but unlike monohydrate, you dont need a loading phase. Also does not convert to toxic creatinine so its better for those who have kidney or liver issues. Is it better in any other way? Probably not. Also 3-4x as expensive as monohydrate, but I find the delivery (capsules) and ease on the stomach to be worth the price so I stick with this.

> 3 dayThis creatine is good stuff. I have been taking it for the last year and have never had any stomach problems. I have lost 65 pounds recently and have been taking this stuff while working out 5 to 6 days a week. I have stopped taking it maybe two times for a few weeks at a time during the year. I can tell a HUGE difference in my lifting performance when I wasnt taking it. I take between 2 to 4 pills a day usually all in the evening. You are supposed to take 4 a day if your weight is over 200 lbs and 2 a day if you weigh under 200 pounds. Do yourself a favor and order a bottle of this stuff up. I guarantee you will see a difference in your lifting and muscle growth.

> 3 dayUsed my gym partners creatine for a while and it worked great in my opinion that is until I gave this a shot and I tell you what this stuff is great idk if you get that pump every once in a while and it feels great and you don’t want to stop well this helps me get that sensation every time and it doesn’t have a down side in my opinion it really works and it doesn’t make me feel sluggish afterwards and I only take 2 tablets before a workout I can only imagine what it’ll be like also taking 2 after but this thing is the real deal

> 3 dayIf you had the choice of taking 2 pills of kre-alkalyn or 6 pills of creatine... Yet along 6 pills of anything, my reflexes start to gag. I’m not taking 6 pills of any single supplement. I will take 2 pills of kre-alkalyn if I’m working out that day. I will take 1 pill of kre-alkalyn when I’m not working out one day. Because it is a reserve that is worth keeping topped off in case we fall and injure ourselves down some stairs. Kre-alkalyn every day for the rest of my life!
