> 3 dayI guess everyone really has such mix feedback on most creatine products but this is my go to when i am trying to bulk up with lean muscle. I used this about 2 years ago while i was on a cut and i truly did see big gains in my major workouts (Bench, Squats, Deadlift, Dips) and now i can honestly say 2 years later that i am seeing the same results. There has been a mix of reviews on when to take it too but ive found what works best for me is that i take 2 pills in the morning after my early morning Cardio. Then i take two pills after my evening workout where i am lifting weights. Everyone is different i suppose but i really started to see big gains in my exercises after 2 weeks. I havent had any abnormal bloating and have still continued my cut as well with excellent results. If you are good about taking it at least 5 days a week on the days that you are training then i think you should see solid results. Make sure to cycle this too....so once the bottle runs out then i would take a 1 to 1.5 months off and then begin the cycle again if you would like. Creatine has been known to cause a spike in liver enzymes like it did with me so be careful. Overall though i do stand behind this product as even my workout buddy has noticed that i have made really big gains in the past 4 weeks on it (so much that he just bought some and started his cycle yesterday). > 3 dayLove this stuff. I read tons of reviews before trying this, and I am sold! As a woman, I really didnt want to get a creatine supplement that would make me bloat, so I opted for this product. I am very pleasantly surprised because I feel like I never get much definition, even if I lose a few pounds. After 2 weeks I can see tons more definition in my arms and legs and I am getting a lot better at pull-ups, which I never used to be able to do. I work out about 4-6 times a week (crossfit) and I take 1 30 min before my workout and 1 after as the directions specify. I take one on my off days too. I did start taking other supplements at the same time (more protein, BCAAs, Beta-alanine, etc.), so maybe the combination really helped too.

> 3 dayThis is a great supplement for adding that extra edge that you want. Creatine mono gave me cramps, nasty bathroom visits, and was hard to remember when to cycle. Creatine Ether Ester is pretty close to this but you have to take a lot more pills. This was a nice breath of fresh air to only take a few pills a day. I noticed a lot more reps at the end of my sets and have gone up in weight as well. Definately recommend. Ive been on this for about 9 months and and currently on a break from it. Ya, you dont have to stop or cycle it but I like to take a break from it to see if it really gave me results or if it was just in my head. Since I have been off of it I feel like a have to try a lot harder in my workouts now. When I was on it the extra reps and weight were just there...like it was a deep reserve or energy. I didnt have to work as hard...if that even makes sense.

Greater than one weekThis stuff is awesome. I was kind of skeptical at first but let me tell you this stuff works. I don’t feel as sore as before without this, helping me push through my workout more and let me tell you, the muscles are definitely looking great. Buy this.

> 3 dayGreat value for someone who prefers to take capsules over powders but it is still more expensive than cheaper creatine capsules. I just prefer these over other brands and it last for 3-4 months. I take (2) during my workouts (Im 200 pounds). You never get an upset stomach either and I have with regular creatine. How many times have you heard that you need to drink the powders fast and not let them sit in water? Thats why I prefer capsules. Plus convenience! :) I take C4 per-workout and XTend or AminoLast during my workout and also add more BCAA, BA, and this product. I have results even at age 50 to know this works. Post workout is either a smoothie with whey or a whey ready to drink. Prefer a smoothie when I have time but the ready to drink when I need to head to work.

> 3 dayThis creatine is good stuff. I have been taking it for the last year and have never had any stomach problems. I have lost 65 pounds recently and have been taking this stuff while working out 5 to 6 days a week. I have stopped taking it maybe two times for a few weeks at a time during the year. I can tell a HUGE difference in my lifting performance when I wasnt taking it. I take between 2 to 4 pills a day usually all in the evening. You are supposed to take 4 a day if your weight is over 200 lbs and 2 a day if you weigh under 200 pounds. Do yourself a favor and order a bottle of this stuff up. I guarantee you will see a difference in your lifting and muscle growth.

Greater than one weekTake them if you want to get stronger. They also don’t bloat you unlike creatine monohydrate. The best part is that it’s in a pill form so if you don’t like throwing sand in your mouth. This is for you
