Greater than one weekWould recommend these over the cheap wedge shims. These fit perfectly behind the hinge and slide perfectly against the screw holes so they’re invisible when installed.

Greater than one weekI didnt notice at first but the package was open and most of the product was remove. 10 of the 15 count was missing. The product works as advertised. I will use the remaining 5, just thought I should report the opened product.

> 3 dayBought this to align my hinges and fix a sagging door (after I replaced the hinges). Shims snap off from the pack. Loosen your hinge screws maybe half way and slide the shim in. You do not need to remove the screws. If I had a suggestion, I wish that some of them were in half thickness but the ones they sent worked for me.

Greater than one weekThese are very useful around the house. Adjusted four doors with these including one with 3 1/2 hinges with a little cutting. The before and after using these makes these doors operate like a very skilled doorman would have installed doors when new. Easy to install.

> 3 dayIt did the job! My heavy, solid wood front door was leaning some, causing it to stick pretty tightly above the door handle. I did not want to remove the whole door to fix it because its sooo heavy. There were big gaps on the lower part below the door handle and the upper edge hinge side. I used three layers on the lowest hinge, one shim in the middle hinge. I did have to trim with scissors the plastic to fit the shape of my hinges. Easy peasy. It took about a half hour to adjust and readjust to get it just right to realign my door correctly.

> 3 dayI have been making my own shims to align my doors. I didnt realize someone made them. They work great and saves me time.

> 3 dayWe just had double doors installed in our home, a complete rebuild including the frame. When the installation crew left, we noticed that the new doors didnt close properly. So a bit of research, brought us to the need for hinge shims. The E-Z shims were the perfect solution to make the minor corrections needed. At 1/16 thickness, they can be combined if needed. Very easy to install, and a value for the money spent. Couldnt find this product locally, but Amazon had them . Quick shipping too. These are made of a pvc material, but should last a lifetime.

> 3 dayThis product works well. I used it on a lower hinge which moved the door up enough for the latch to engage properly. Easy fix. My door hinge was 3.5 (not 4) so I had to cut the shim to fit. It did the job, though. I found out later that they do make a 3.5 shim.
