According to my UV light meter. These bulbs provide *** Zero UVA or UVB... But they are great for heat. Do not plan on using this for any UVB or your reptiles will die.

This is my second order of these bulbs. They work and come in in good condition. They are small.

Either my lamp is broke or these didn’t work

I bought this to possibly replace my incandescent heat bulbs. My current set up as the lamps directly on top of the tanks. So this lightbulb is not a good option because it heats the air up to 108 degrees Fahrenheit at about 6 inches. I was measuring around 98 at a foot. So for non-arboreal species like turtles and tortoises, it would be great. Because it gets too hot I have no info on longevity.

for the price you cant beat it cause the ones petco and pet smart sells its like a hit and miss with their bulbs i had some last two weeks and some last longer. As for these bulbs Im still on my first bulb and its like 5 months later

I purchased this set of 4 bulbs in Mid March 2021, now the last week of April 2021, ALL FOUR HAVE BURNT OUT after light usage. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

After 1 day the bulb burst spectacularly. There are now bits of glass on top of the cage I have to deal with. I suppose Im lucky since my pacman frog is housed in a tank with a glass lid, rather than a screen lid, but, Id have freaked out if it was a screen lid especially with a frog. Because as you can see, there are bits of tiny glass shards everywhere which would mean Id have to replace all the substrate in the tank, which for my bioactive enclosure is no easy ask. And to be clear, Ive used this brand of lamp before with a higher wattage than a mere 25, so its definitely the bulb. But now its 1 day without UVA/UVB for my poor pacman frog because I have to return all the bulbs.

I loved the fact that were more than one bulb because that way you have extra bulbs on hand. The price was great too.
