Laptop upgrades require a how-to video but Im a 53 yr old machinist and got it done. Might consider a clean up/dusting, re-thermal pasting your processor/video and max out your RAM since your in there elbow deep. Program load speeds and startup is great now.

Very easy to install and my computer is faster than ever! I love this SSD!!!

This SSD is pretty nice, I cloned my old HDD boot drive to the SSD and now my PC boots up in at least less than 10 seconds and Im able to mess around with my PC in no time. 500gb aint huge, but its good for whatever OS and a few games you want loaded up real quick like Rust for instance, since that game takes FOREVER to load on an HDD.

I ordered a 2tb drive to replace a dying HDD drive. When I received the drive I installed it, Initialised it in disk management and formated it to NTFS, everything went great.

This is a great SSD and the price is amazing. The increase in the speed of the laptop is eye opening. I have purchased 3 to upgrade some laptops for friends.

Installed in a 2007 iMac, along with some memory, and the computer is quite quick, especially on startup. I did this in 2020. I have a great terminal for the internet, and some ROBLOX
