I changed all my computers to SSD in the past two years. I do not use a computer for gaming so my results

Used an iFixIt kit to install this in my iMac. It took a bloated, practically useless machine and made it run like new!

SSD is fast and of high quality, as is with all Crucial/Micron products. Comes with cloning software. I have always been satisfied with Crucial products and support.

I just got it and my laptop is 5 times faster than before. I can’t complain at all. It’s a really good investment instead of spending more $ on an expensive computer.

Made a huge difference in performance over factory HD.

The MX500 drive I got is only reading and writing at half speed. I followed the directions to leave my computer on all night to see if the Garbage feature kicks in and apparently it did not or maybe it did. I ran more tests on the drive and it still says half speed. I am highly disappointed in Crucial. My computer is not the issue as I tested my other drives and they read and write at their respective speeds. I am returning this SSD.
