Ive been buying this for years without a problem. The last pack I bought had pieces of chopped up foam in there. Like someone added a few old pillows or a mattress to the pulp mix. about 10 percent was synthetic foam.Chunks of up to 4.

Awesome! I use this type of bedding for my rabbits litter box and my hamsters cage. This is an awesome bang for your buck! Im pretty sure this is 30 bucks at PetSmart, and only 14 bucks on here! :0

This last bag I got just reeks of manure. Not sure if that’s just a bad batch. Makes my small pets cages smell horrible.

Okay, I really wished I wasnt going to be the person leaving a bad review. As everyone else, I checked the reviews and read that some people brought either negative or positive experiences such as; negative ( bad odor, no odor control) and positive ( great quality, odor free). In my experience, I really had my hopes up since I previously bought the regular brown CareFresh bedding and had no issues. The shipping was excellent service and was even hyped when it finally arrived. When I put it to the test, I noticed a distinct sour smell from the beginning, you know, that type of smell you get when you forgot to hang a soaking bath towel so it can thoroughly dry. I decided to ignore it cause I thought it was something else besides the bedding. After another day passed by the odor got worse. The sour smell was so strong ( smells like vinegar but worse) which in my case my room is small, quickly stank my entire room, for which now I have to change the bedding every day to prevent this. Im not disappointed or furious, I just want everybody else to know about my experience before purchasing and as well for the seller to find a solution to this.

I bought this bedding for my rabbits hutch and the smell that it has is absolutely terrible, it smells as if it had already been used and already absorbed urine before and they took that and packaged it. It smells awful. If i were to leave the hutch uncleaned for a whole week, the smell would still not be as bad as this bedding.
