I’m not a fan of soy or corn syrup. This product contains both but the amounts of each must be small because my gut is not protesting. I ran out of my usual plant based protein and didn’t feel like going back to Costco so I gave this a try instead. Best decision all week. This is very creamy and chocolatey, and will last me well over a month. It also seems easier for me to digest than other whey proteins while still being cheaper than most good plant proteins. Count me as a convert!

The other protien stuff I tried was crap tasting...my friend told me about this... she was friend :)

I use this in coffee, cereal, peanut butter balls and just water. It tastes great mixed in anything

Update: I did my smoothie with less protein powder and changed the milk with water. It still tastes great and its more cold and less thick due to not adding as much protein powder. I personally like the taste of this protein powder. I used it for the first time today. I put a scoop and 1/2 into my smoothie with frozen fruit and milk. I was surprised with the texture it gave my smoothie turning it into a milkshake feel and making it thick. My shake didnt feel cold so next time Ill try it with ice cubes and water. Except for the temperature feel, I did enjoy my smoothie and the flavor the protein gave it. I also dont like that the package seems partially empty, maybe making the container shorter so it doesnt look like it was used and in turn using lest plastic might help. Other than that this protein tastes better than others Ive tried. I like it just need to learn how to perfect my smoothie so it wont be room temperature.

I recently switched from optimum nutrition to bsn and I can tell you that kts more consistent, no lumps, better tasting and most importantly you can take it at any time of the day!

Ive been using Syntha-6 products for a while now, and I think they are the best protein blend on the market currently. I saw this flavor, Cinnamon Bun and had to try it. If you close your eyes, you would swear that you are eating a cinnamon bun. The flavor is DEAD ON. I might need to order the 10 pound bag, because I am seriously considering drinking some at night before bed as well as just after my work out. I stacked some flavorless creatine with this powder, and I could not tell the creatine was in there. The lovely cinnamon bun flavor masked it perfectly. This also plays well with vanilla greek yogurt. The chocolate flavors of Syntha-6 are pretty OK, but they always taste a little malty and fake to me. The 28 serving size was perfect as a test run of this flavor. Seeing as this is Syntha-6 EDGE, what makes it edgy? Well, its this: 2 extra grams of protein per serving, 1 extra gram of essential amino acids per serving, and 50 fewer calories per serving, half the fat of regular Syntha-6, fewer carbs, less sodium. Think of it as the elite version of regular Syntha-6.

This is my sons favorite flavor for shakes when working out. I do wish thr quantity was bigger for the price and you can find some cheaper but for the quality of the item and taste, its worth it. Ill definately buy from this seller again. Fast shipping. Item as described.
