> 3 dayIf you mix it with water its tolerable, if you mix it with milk it tastes like.. well.. chocolate milk. As with most protein powders, there will be lumps unless you either use a strainer, shake/mix very well, or simply leave it sitting for a while. Personally I mix it in milk before my work-out and shake it up nicely for about 20 seconds, then I leave it sitting while I work out. When Im done the lumps have resolved and I have a tasty protein treat waiting. (It also works well in banana ice cream, by the way. Cut up two bananas in pieces and freeze them. Then put them in a blender together with half a teaspoon of vanilla extract and a scoop of this and blend until you reach ice cream texture. Viola, protein rich chocolate-banana ice cream!)

> 3 dayIf I could give this more stars, I would. I am over the moon. It’s blends well and isn’t chunky. And omg the strawberry flavor!!! Mix it with milk and it’s just like a strawberry shake. Name is accurate af. This is the first protein powder that I have ever actually drank and made into shakes. Other powders I mix into oatmeal or something side to chunks or flavor. This one is chefs kiss.

> 3 day50 less calories, 10% more protein, same price (for my purchases), and the same great flavor (Vanilla Shake) as Syntha 6. BSN is king of protein flavor in my opinion. However, you paid the price in calories with Syntha 6 running about 200 calories and 22 grams of protein. Edge will do 150 calories and 24 grams of protein. I paid the same amount for both products last month and I believe the servings were the same for both containers. Both were a variant of Vanilla and both tasted almost the same. The Syntha 6 was a touch sweeter and stronger to me but for 50 calories less, its fine. I have been a Dymatize user for a long time but sometimes I just want to treat myself to great taste and still keep the calories under control.

> 3 dayI could not have asked for a better protein shake. I was just sampling out different flavors asides from my regular chocolate. I must say this strawberry milkshake does meet expectations. The protein powder is thick, flavorful and most importantly NOT CLUMPY after shaking in a shaker bottle. I approve of the flavor and product. Id order this flavor again if other ones were not available.

16-11-2024I’ve been a fan of BSN protein for many years now. Especially the vanilla flavor because it’s so versatile. I’ve tried many proteins and they all tasted like well protein. Synths 6 was different it was the first protein I could drink or eat without the off putting protein flavor...5 out of 5 stars! Syntha 6 Edge is an improvement with calorie and protein content however the flavor changed slightly. It uses more artificial sweetener. Still palatable but not as good as the regular Syntha 6.
