> 3 dayI used to use bsn protein powder about 10 years ago and it simply was the best tasting one out there. The downside always used to be the high sugar and carb content since I would follow a keto style meal plan. So 10 years later I decided to check it out again and saw the new edge version which is low carb and to my surprise the taste is still great. Simply love this brand, it mixes good and taste awesome, and one scoop per serving, can’t be beat.

> 3 dayBetter in milk than in water. In water it tastes like vanilla with a chemical cinnamon burn (kinda like drinking rum). Way better in milk. I ordered two more CnC because of the cost. Actually I have almost every flavor, except for strawberry. Are the others worth the extra $8.00?, that depends. I just wanted to try the rest, would I buy the ones that cost more down the road?, maybe. All of them taste pretty much by how they are labeled, CnC, Cin., S.C., P.B., G.C. and so on. Once was worth it but an extra $8.00 a jug, hum, I think not. I also ordered all three of the Amino X cola flavors. Cherry is the best, it tastes like old RC cola, not cherry though, LOL. Dr. Amino tastes like an eight times watered down Dr. Pepper and the regular Cola one is kinda harsh, it tastes like some odd root beer more than cola. BTW, I ordered that $2.00 sample (Amazon sent the sample) and then Amazon gave me $2.00 off of the Sugar Cookie jug. I also have the BSN fish oil caps, good stuff.

> 3 day50 less calories, 10% more protein, same price (for my purchases), and the same great flavor (Vanilla Shake) as Syntha 6. BSN is king of protein flavor in my opinion. However, you paid the price in calories with Syntha 6 running about 200 calories and 22 grams of protein. Edge will do 150 calories and 24 grams of protein. I paid the same amount for both products last month and I believe the servings were the same for both containers. Both were a variant of Vanilla and both tasted almost the same. The Syntha 6 was a touch sweeter and stronger to me but for 50 calories less, its fine. I have been a Dymatize user for a long time but sometimes I just want to treat myself to great taste and still keep the calories under control.

> 3 dayIve been using this product for about 15 years. It is by far the best tasting protein powder out there. My favorite is strawberry because it reminds me of the flavor of a McD strawberry shake. Vanilla is pretty good to. Not a fan of the chocolate. Every so often I try a new brand just to change it up but always end up going back to old faithful - Syntha 6. As an added bonus, this is one of few powders that doesnt clump - it stirs smooth every time. Low calorie and good for you. Get sum.

> 3 dayIf you mix it with water its tolerable, if you mix it with milk it tastes like.. well.. chocolate milk. As with most protein powders, there will be lumps unless you either use a strainer, shake/mix very well, or simply leave it sitting for a while. Personally I mix it in milk before my work-out and shake it up nicely for about 20 seconds, then I leave it sitting while I work out. When Im done the lumps have resolved and I have a tasty protein treat waiting. (It also works well in banana ice cream, by the way. Cut up two bananas in pieces and freeze them. Then put them in a blender together with half a teaspoon of vanilla extract and a scoop of this and blend until you reach ice cream texture. Viola, protein rich chocolate-banana ice cream!)

> 3 dayThere is lower calories per gram of protien out there, but this is still an excellent product. The flavor is really good even with just cold water, though of course its much better with cold milk (lot of extra calories to do it that way though). I feel pretty good and healthy when using this stuff to diet away some fat. You are not supposed to use products like this to replace food, but thats why it works. The world usually has things backwards. Everyone knows that a fast is healthy once in a while So why on earth is it unhealthy to fast while taking low caloriehigh protien products? You keep the muscles healthy while you starve away the fat, seems like thats the point of a keto diet yeah? And thats exactly what these powders can do for you. Better to eat lean chicken all day if you can though. Powders are just a convienience thing (or for variety once in a while). Good luck on your fitness goals. Stay strong!

> 3 dayI ordered this protein powder in chocolate milkshake flavour, and honestly I dont know how it is for the other flavours but for this one it did not taste the best. The drink was thick like a milkshake, which I like, but it didnt taste amazing or mix well. Other than that, if taste is not important for you, then you should definitely go with this one, its a good bang for your buck.
