Love this protein it is the best not a chalky flavor it is definitely worth the moneys

If you can afford the extra calories, syntha 6 will be the most enjoyable protein shake hands down. Chocolate and peanut butter have both been hits. I just wish they would bring back the cinnabun.

I’m not a fan of soy or corn syrup. This product contains both but the amounts of each must be small because my gut is not protesting. I ran out of my usual plant based protein and didn’t feel like going back to Costco so I gave this a try instead. Best decision all week. This is very creamy and chocolatey, and will last me well over a month. It also seems easier for me to digest than other whey proteins while still being cheaper than most good plant proteins. Count me as a convert!

If they thought this was chocolate Id love to know what they think a real chocolate bar tastes like. Says contains soy and milk. Ya thats bout all it tastes like too. If an extra $10 means actual flavor ill pay it. Switching back to my insane labz after this round.

I recently made a decision to switch from a mass gainer to a protein that I have used In Afghaniatan while deployed as a soldier. Syntha 6 was always available and the taste is always be Tons my expectation. I tried the chocolate back in the day, and chose cookies and cream this time around. Without a doubt “mmmm mmm” good. I believe it is definitely good for both male and female and can benefit of the quality.. I mixed it with hot water and added to my favorite morning drink sometimes- I personally rated it 4 stars due to clumpy curds, however I chew them like marshmallows and brings a smile to my old soul- I hope to reach my goals and keep on doing my best to keep my hormones in check and not wreck weak mofo’s with big mouths - glory be to the most high!!

Tastes great and sits well. Digests well also. No gas or 30 minute run to the bathroom after taking like some Protein powder products.

I LOVE the chocolate flavor but I HATE the strawberry flavor. The chocolate flavor really does resemble a chocolate milkshake and Im head over heals with the taste. I DO NOT like the strawberry flavor at all. I wanted to try different flavors and after reading some reviews I bought strawberry thinking that itll taste as great as the chocolate. The strawberry flavor tasted synthetic and it wasnt enjoyable to drink. Hopefully someone can look into the strawberry flavor to give it more of a strawberry taste. After the strawberry experience, Im too afraid to try the other flavors so Ill stick to chocolate. As for the protein itself, it meets my performance needs. Ive been only drinking this brand for the past 4 months, and I see some noticeable gains! Powerlifting requires me to drink a lot of this stuff and I believe it works great! Normally Id drink this in the morning and after a hard workout. Its great after my workouts because I dont feel dizzy.

It’s my favorite protein. Unfortunately the price has gone up significantly and I can no longer afford it.

I just started taking protein shakes again. Synthia 6 was recommended by a friend for how its good for post workout recovery as well as its protein, and that it was used by a lot of body builders (I am not). He did mention that the taste was really good (banana flavor). I kinda half believed him when he said it tasted good because in the past, Amazon reviews said other brands of protein shakes tasted good, but I found them to be mediocre. Well, to my surprise, the peanut butter flavor tastes phenomenal! It doesnt taste like your average protein shake, and actually tastes like the flavor you imagine it tastes like. I cant speak for how well the protein and well it helps me post workout recover, but just the taste alone is worth it to get.
