> 3 dayBeen using this for years. Love the taste of both Chocolate and Vanilla but its getting very pricy. Seems like the price for a big container goes up $10.00 every couple of months.

> 3 dayThe flavor is good. It doesnt make me feel bloated, it breaks down great in my shaker bottle(I use almond milk). The calories are low which I also like. I only wish it were a little cheaper, but it is the best priced for the quality you get.

> 3 dayOk so first and foremost, I am an avid chocolate lover. I mean wake up in the morning with a thirst like a vampire for blood... except chocolate. So anyways I was looking for something that could work as both a meal replacement and a workout supplement and this powder seemed to fit the bill. (Yes I am aware that it’s use is not advertised as a meal replacement.) But for me personally, it had to do two things. Have some decent protein and a bit of fiber and not taste horrible. This fits both! The taste was the main thing for me because I knew from previous experience if it doesn’t taste good I’m not going to force myself to drink it. But this actually tastes good... I was surprised. I got the chocolate milkshake flavor (obviously) and I mixed it in s blender with some ice cubes and unsweetened almond milk and dude. It’s literally so creamy. How do they do that??? You know how Slimfast chocolate mix tastes? THIS is as far away from that as you can get while still being chocolate. It’s awesome. With the milk I use it’s definitely not all that sweet but if you were to use whole milk or perhaps sweetened milk then im sure it would be good too. I’m just not the kind of girl that can mix chocolate mix with water, sorry. That’s a felony in my book. But anyway I really love this stuff already so in conclusion, I’d say it’s worth the money for sure.

> 3 dayI just started taking protein shakes again. Synthia 6 was recommended by a friend for how its good for post workout recovery as well as its protein, and that it was used by a lot of body builders (I am not). He did mention that the taste was really good (banana flavor). I kinda half believed him when he said it tasted good because in the past, Amazon reviews said other brands of protein shakes tasted good, but I found them to be mediocre. Well, to my surprise, the peanut butter flavor tastes phenomenal! It doesnt taste like your average protein shake, and actually tastes like the flavor you imagine it tastes like. I cant speak for how well the protein and well it helps me post workout recover, but just the taste alone is worth it to get.

Greater than one weekThis is my sons favorite flavor for shakes when working out. I do wish thr quantity was bigger for the price and you can find some cheaper but for the quality of the item and taste, its worth it. Ill definately buy from this seller again. Fast shipping. Item as described.

> 3 dayFlavor not as good as the regular BSN or the Isolate version. Good specifications, low in fat, however puffs up when blended too quick. Tastes a bit different, not bad, than the other versions listed. I use Vanilla and add fruits for taste along with apple juice, ice and a touch of honey.

> 3 dayLove this shake!! I purchased this a while back and we really liked it, it shakes up great and I have no lumps in it (I use a shaker cup with that metal ball in it). It also tastes great too! I do mine with water and guzzle it down every morning before work, hubby will do his with milk and he says it is just like a great milkshake LOL .. Anyway, it keeps me pretty full until lunch, if I get hungry or am taking a very late lunch, Ill have a nutragrain bar to fill in the gap! After going through the container I went back to GNC to get another and the lady talked me into trying a different one. Of course, it was one of GNC famous buy one get one 50% so I ended up with 2 big containers of a shake that was no good. It would shake up lumpy and just didnt taste good. I know I could of returned it but I put it off and put if off and finally I brought it to work, gave it to the warehouse guys and went on to Amazon to order this Syntha-6 online in the 48 serving size. Its a great deal on Amazon, ships free with PRIME and I dont have to deal with the people working at GNC! This is my 2nd reorder on Amazon.

Greater than one weekI researched a lot of protein powder and went with the recommendation of my brother-in-law who is a personal trainer. When I researched the powders I found they were loaded down with sugar. Seems sugar is overloaded in nearly everything that is a packaged product. This powder contains less than half the sugar this I was finding. I am over 50 and work out daily with a good balance of cardio and weigh lifting. I am not striving to be a huge muscled up guy, just want to maintain good health with better than average strength and maintain a lean body. Since I cut more than 90% of meat from my diet I use this to replace the protein, as well as my actual diet. I seems to be working well for me and I have no complaints. The flavor is great and easy to palate when drinking unlike it was in years past. The flavor technology is so much better and does not have that bitter taste as in the past. I use the Cookies and Cream and it is not a bad taste at all. I mix it with cold water from the fridge in a plastic cup with a plastic heavy ball shaker to mix the dry powder. It have no clumps and it dissolves well in water. I tend to like my drinks more on the thick side, so I use less water to make it this way. In all it is a good product.

> 3 dayThis is an excellent protein powder all the way around. But it’s sad how unaffordable it’s become due to the absurd price gouging happening at a time like this. $62? I’ve been buying various flavors for years and always paid around $45 for the large size. The price they’re charging now should be criminal.
