I LOVE the chocolate flavor but I HATE the strawberry flavor. The chocolate flavor really does resemble a chocolate milkshake and Im head over heals with the taste. I DO NOT like the strawberry flavor at all. I wanted to try different flavors and after reading some reviews I bought strawberry thinking that itll taste as great as the chocolate. The strawberry flavor tasted synthetic and it wasnt enjoyable to drink. Hopefully someone can look into the strawberry flavor to give it more of a strawberry taste. After the strawberry experience, Im too afraid to try the other flavors so Ill stick to chocolate. As for the protein itself, it meets my performance needs. Ive been only drinking this brand for the past 4 months, and I see some noticeable gains! Powerlifting requires me to drink a lot of this stuff and I believe it works great! Normally Id drink this in the morning and after a hard workout. Its great after my workouts because I dont feel dizzy.

I’m not a fan of soy or corn syrup. This product contains both but the amounts of each must be small because my gut is not protesting. I ran out of my usual plant based protein and didn’t feel like going back to Costco so I gave this a try instead. Best decision all week. This is very creamy and chocolatey, and will last me well over a month. It also seems easier for me to digest than other whey proteins while still being cheaper than most good plant proteins. Count me as a convert!

Ive been using this product for about 15 years. It is by far the best tasting protein powder out there. My favorite is strawberry because it reminds me of the flavor of a McD strawberry shake. Vanilla is pretty good to. Not a fan of the chocolate. Every so often I try a new brand just to change it up but always end up going back to old faithful - Syntha 6. As an added bonus, this is one of few powders that doesnt clump - it stirs smooth every time. Low calorie and good for you. Get sum.

Ok so first and foremost, I am an avid chocolate lover. I mean wake up in the morning with a thirst like a vampire for blood... except chocolate. So anyways I was looking for something that could work as both a meal replacement and a workout supplement and this powder seemed to fit the bill. (Yes I am aware that it’s use is not advertised as a meal replacement.) But for me personally, it had to do two things. Have some decent protein and a bit of fiber and not taste horrible. This fits both! The taste was the main thing for me because I knew from previous experience if it doesn’t taste good I’m not going to force myself to drink it. But this actually tastes good... I was surprised. I got the chocolate milkshake flavor (obviously) and I mixed it in s blender with some ice cubes and unsweetened almond milk and dude. It’s literally so creamy. How do they do that??? You know how Slimfast chocolate mix tastes? THIS is as far away from that as you can get while still being chocolate. It’s awesome. With the milk I use it’s definitely not all that sweet but if you were to use whole milk or perhaps sweetened milk then im sure it would be good too. I’m just not the kind of girl that can mix chocolate mix with water, sorry. That’s a felony in my book. But anyway I really love this stuff already so in conclusion, I’d say it’s worth the money for sure.

This stuff is amazing!! I have tried quite a few protein powders out there and somehow I can never get passed the taste, their either too chalky or the flavor is not good.. Syntha has always delivered. I have tried syntha before and I wanted another protein powder that didn’t have a lot of carbs per serving and when I noticed that they had this one with only 6g of carbs per serving I knew I needed to try it, I was hesitant as I thought maybe less carbs would mean less flavor but boy was I wrong. This stuff is great! And I barely write reviews but I know how helpful they can be so if you love chocolate this is the one for you!

I like this protein powder, but BSN shrunk the contents and raised the price. I noticed, so should you.

This is really good stuff. Blended with ice and milk it tastes like a very pleasant milkshake.

I have trouble swallowing and lost a lot of weight so got this for breakfast. My husband tried it and he takes it daily.

Hard for me to say anything about the actual efficacy of the protein as far as building muscle.. im tall and have a naturally skinny build. I definitely notice muscle build to some extent, but hard to say its any better or worse than any other protein. But I like the brand, and the ingredient mix so I wanted this protein but I also know I like reviews on flavor before I buy, so - hope this helps someone out.. TLDR; Chocolate Cake Batter is your winner here. Vanilla Milkshake - the more I drink it the more I like it! Good frothy texture & great taste. Flavor: 8 of 10 Mixability: 10 of 10, rarely have residue on the inside of my shaker cup Cookies & Cream - meh, nothing special, not awful, but have def had better cookies & cream whey. Texture is thin and slimy, and flavor is just not there.. its more a Cardboard & Cream to me. Flavor: 5 of 10 Mixability: 7 of 10, have had better, have had much worse, but does not easily mix with spoon or fork even in water, must use a shaker cup and will leave some clumped residue on sides of your cup Chocolate Cake Batter - probably the best whey shake Ive ever had. Great frothy texture, and it literally tastes exactly like drinking cake batter out of a dish. Less water / milk makes it super thick & enjoyable.. it will leave alot of clumped residue, but boy howdy is it delicious. Flavor: 10 of 10 Mixability: 6 of 10, will leave some residue to clean out on the inside of your shaker cup, and will not mix with spoon or fork, but trade off for flavor is absolutely there.
