Baby Einstein - Baby Monet - Discovering the Seasons

Ive read the other reviews, but I disagree. My 1 year old likes this movie. Weve got them all, and she likes this one just as much as Baby Neptune (which is her favorite). I guess it just depends on your child. Looking on the up side, if you child doesnt like the movie, you can always try to sell it on ebay! At any rate, my daughter likes this movie and anything she enjoys I write a positive review about. So, good luck!

Great video

My son doesnt really seem to like this one much, though the colorful zebras are neat looking. This video just lacks a bit of color, interesting music, and eye catching senerios. It is not Mozart, Van Gogh, or Neighborhood Animals.

my son loves these videos, I was AMAZED he can watch them for hours or just have them on when he is playing with his other toys. When he gets very upset and night sometimes and I put one of the DVDs on and it calms him right down and helps him go to sleep! I love them!

The music is very catchy and the colors captivate my daughter. She knows that the video is starting just by hearing the music and viewing the first introductory scenes....and she gets so excited. She can sit through the whole video at 8 months old and genuinely watch it to the end. Shes loved it since she was 4 months old, too. Its still her favorite video 4 months later and counting. This video flows better than other Baby Einstein videos and the scenes are serene and beautiful, as well as colorful, depicting the 4 seasons. If you can only purchase one Baby Einstein video, get this one. I also recommend getting it on DVD so you can take advantage of the repeat play option.

My 9 month old daughter is totally & completely mesmerized with Baby Einstein DVDs. She warm up to Baby Einstein from the first day!!! This video my lest favorate, because it does not catch my dauther attention for long. But it is a good video.

My 16-month-old son will sit still for all his Baby Einstein videos (Neptune, Galileo, Neighborhood Animals, and MacDonald), EXCEPT Baby Monet. After only a few minutes he wanders off to play. This one is definitely geared towards the younger set--not as many concepts or words are introduced as in the other videos. And I wish theyd used more pictures of kids or animals doing different seasonal activities than they used of trees, haystacks (muffins?), and zebras. PS--what is the deal with the Little Einstein promo at the beginning? How stereotypical that the leader of the pack is a white boy and the funny, musical kid is the black boy named Quincy. I would have expected more from Disney.

My daughter started watching this DVD when she was 2 months old (now 3 1/2 months) and she coos and smiles while watching the puppets and transitions. I bought the Neptune discovering water DVD and she doesnt watch it as intensely. Not sure if its not as colorful or what the issue is. This one is definitely her favorite so far!

My son is autistic he LOVES Baby Einstein,now especially VHS tapes.I would be VERY grateful if you come across a Baby Einstein VHS Babys Favorite Places. I have exhausted every option in trying to locate one. The delivery of Monet was super fast,just as described and plays perfect. Thank you !!!!
