> 24 hourAfter hooking up this screen, updating the drivers in Windows 11 (seriously, go to the website and update the drivers!), and tweaking some of the screen settings, I noticed that the desktop images have lines in them. There are also other spots I noticed initially, but cant remember exactly where, so Im not sure if the lines are a thing with VA screens or it happens that mine does it but others dont, however, since it isnt noticeable in games and theyre not visible when Im coding or writing, I just will likely learn to ignore it. Besides that, I love having a 1440p screen for just about everything I do. Yes, it gets a little weird when Im scrolling on a doc (from the motion blur), but still, at about 2 feet from the screen it makes everything easier to read and way easier to deal with reading long lines of code or writing and I dont have to scroll as much to keep working on the same section which is definitely nice. Yes, the blur means I can no longer slowly scroll read, but again, since Im scrolling far less, it actually probably is a wash overall. I also absolutely love the high refresh rate even though Im definitely not using it to its fullest with the games I play (LoL, Timberborn, Bloons TD games, etc) and on games where you have fewer graphic control settings (looking at you Bloons) you can get this interesting screen flashing, but its actually pretty minor when you actually are playing, but games where I can control the settings, in the game itself it doesnt happen. It can sometimes occur on loading screens, but again, pretty minor. Overall, its a decent budget 1440p monitor with decent capabilities and fits my desk just fine. I do have it on a monitor arm with my second screen and though the arm was designed for 24 inch monitors, the curve means it can fit the 27 inch just fine without messing up my secondary 24 inch 1080p screens angle. As well, unlike some of the other brands in this price range, it did have a Vesa 100 mount and took a standard computer cable for power, so I didnt have to run a separate cable (I already have a computer cable splitter to power my 2 monitors) versus a lot of brands now, so that was a plus for me, but might not be for you. Lastly, its got a bezel thats not too thick, but the monitor controls without their software are hard to use, so thats also something youll want to download if you buy the monitor to use as you tweak it for your environment.

> 24 hourI purchased this product at $259.99 and I would buy it again at that price. FreeSync flickering This has never happened to me once! Ive been using the monitor for a few weeks and its a non issue. Im using an AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT and have not tried NVIDIA. But if you have an newer AMD graphics card like I do, I recommend this monitor! Ghosting I barely notice the ghosting. When Im looking for it, I can see it on text, but its not noticible in game (except a little with moving text) and I dont think it should be an issue for most people. Darker blacks Ive never used VA before. My two most recent screens are a 1080p 144hz IPS on my Acer laptop and a 1080p 75hz IPS on my Asus monitor. To be honest, I can barely tell the difference. VA has a little bit darker blacks. Backlight bleed This montior does have backlight bleed just like an IPS. My Asus monitor has almost none but its also smaller. Expect some backlight bleed with this monitor. If there was a monitor that guaranteed ZERO backlight bleed but cost more, Id buy it, but backlight bleed exists at higher price points too. Its a roll of the dice. Luckily, you can only see it during dark scenes and sometimes not even then! Dead pixels MY monitor has NONE! I hate dead pixels and the reason I went with AOC is because their warranty is second to none on paper. I hope I dont have to use it but its amazing to have. 1500R Curve I have never used a curved montior before and was suspicious. However, I like the curve because I barely notice it while using it and it does make for an impressive look! The stand Its the best. I have always had to look down at monitors but this is not as issue with this one!

> 24 hourWhen I built my current desktop gmain systemback in 2020, I decided to upgrade my monitor too. I was going to share the montor with my work laptop too, and I wanted plenty of room and legibility for expansive spreadsheets. I also wanted a decent refresh for gaming. This monitor hit my sweet-spot of price and performance. In 2023, I bought a second one to upgrade my second screen as well.

> 24 hourGreat for gaming, no dead pixels or any issues whatsoever three years in. Love that I can move it around in so many angles and it still feels sturdy. The color display and brightness is excellent. Highly recommended.

> 24 hourThe panel is good, without any dead pixel. Simple, good hertz for the price. The crosshair is terrible, can modify o customize, but i dont needed so, its OK that come with this.
