Just unboxed laptop and am furious beyond words to find that it contains no DVD player!!! The item description says NOTHING about it not having a DVD player. Seriously in 2020 this is standard. I thought this laptop was already quite pricey, now I find this out. Avoid this laptop at all costs, its a total scam. If the seller lied (or conveniently failed to mention) this, it makes you wonder how much else theyre lying about.

I like the performance and screen quality very much.

3 months into use and it crashes every hour or so. Blue screen of death. One of about 3 or 4 error messages shows up each time. Finally factory reset it because enough was enough. Still crashes. Bought it to home school my son.

Good value for the price in a beginner computer.

El computador viene con un teclado para idioma Ingles lo que implica que no tiene la letra ñ, para uso en Latinoamérica yo les recomiendo comprar un computador diseñado para habla hispana, este no lo es y genera múltiples problemas con la escritura.

At this point the only benefit Im hoping to get from this machine is the deep satisfaction I will feel when I take a bat and smash it to bits. It stopped working about 3 weeks after we got it, just refused to turn on. Sent it back to Acer to get it repaired and they returned it about two weeks after that. Seemed to be working fine until today when now the networking is hosed. Was doing fine on wifi, then it just stopped connecting. Other computers were still fine so its not the network. So attached it directly to the router via an ethernet cable and then it was working for a brief time before also giving up the network ghost. go buy lenovo. Will never buy an acer again unless I become independently wealthy and want to make an art exhibit wherein I destroy laptops. Hate hate hate this machine.

Hi, im from CHILE and I brought this item the 16th of October and arrived today, 28th, so far its amazing, the screen its so good, the performance its amazing, Im so happy, and I think this computer its the best value for the money, and the best, you easele can replace the ram and sdd memory, 100% recommended.
