Don’t like how it opens, otherwise pretty good

Great little computer. I bought this for my personal use/ real estate business and have been using it over the last few weeks. It is lightweight, good screen quality, seems like a fast processor, and websites load pretty quickly. The touchpad is great (not too sensitive or too tough to use). The sleek design makes it look sharp and professional. My only complaint is the sound volume is horrible. I use headphones in order to hear the videos/sound better. Otherwise, even at 100%, you can barely hear the sound being played. Overall, I really like the laptop. I would recommend this if you dont care about the sound system.

I initially bought this PC to do school-related things like essays, PowerPoint, Excel, and so on. Although, I did not want to limit my PC to do just that and In case I wanted to game I felt that this could definitely meet my expectations.

I hadnt bought a new laptop in 11 years! I was using an ancient Dell for very minimal use (because thats all it would do) and with the quarantine in place I just needed someone other than my phone to surf the web and hold video conferences with friends. This laptop did not disappoint. The setup is quick and painless. Battery life is superb! For the price I feel like I really got a top of the line product and I couldnt be happier!

Way lighter and thinner than expected. I dont really feel the need to but the slim version at all for the price/performance this one offers.

CHARGING PORT DIDNT FOR CRAP, OLD STYLE AND WIGGLED SO THE CHARGING KEPT GOING ON AND OFF, ALSO DURING SET UP UNNECESSARY AD APPS WANTED TOO MUCH PERSONAL AND UNNECESSARY INFORMATION OR THE COMPUTER WOULDNT ALLOW FURTHER ABILITY TO CONTINUE INITIAL SET UP. INTERCHANGING THRU TO GOOGLE WASNT A SMOOTH TRANSITION EITHER, LIKE MY WINDOWS PROGRAMS HAVE ALWAYS HAVE BEEN. WHEN CALLING COSTUMER SERVICEABOUT HOW TO DO A FACTORY RESET BEFORE SHIPPING BACK, DUE CHARGING PORT BAD, CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY RUDE. I NO LONGER WANTED THAT BRAND OF COMPUTER. HE ALMOST REFUSED TO DUE. THANK YOU AMAZON FOR A FULL REFUND!!!!!!!!! WENT A LENOVO. LOVE IT

Works smooth and efficient. Mostly just surf net for research and work and write papers but I have been very pleased with performance so far!
