Great product

Wonderful machine! This replaced an older model, but this is SO fast, what a difference. Colors are great and keyboard has a nice touch. I dont like the backlit keyboard, but I guess it doesnt really hurt anything.

The sleek, silver exterior looks pretty nice. Its got a nice array of inputs/outputs for a laptop, with full sized HDMI, two USB 3.0 ports, one 2.0 port, one USB C, and an ethernet port. I was also impressed with the display after starting it up. Colors were bright, movies and games looked pretty good. The keyboard is backlit and there is a fingerprint scanner, nice touches for a relatively low cost laptop. I like the keyboard. Its not very clicky but its firm enough not to have that mushy feel.

Its a great laptop for everyday use and work from home. I havent found any issues or shortfalls in its functionality.

I can honestly say that this laptop was decent given what you pay. Although we did not pay top dollar for such a product I did not expect to walk into my living room as a fire began to consume my belongings. Here is the warning Do Not Buy. Although the chances in it actually happening are slight when you are the 1 in a 1000 or whatever the number may be, it can be frightful. Having to take your children out of their bed for fear of smoke inhalation is definitely not how one wants to start their day.

Laptop performs as expected. You get a lot for the price point. Perfect for your normal user.

Computer was good until the screen crapped out after only 7 months

Really great laptop. We have always been Mac people, but didn’t really use it much for video or photography editing. This laptop is awesome. Fast, sleek, looks great, and does everything we need it to do for every day life. Very happy with purchase.

I bought this just 3 months ago. It was a great laptop until today. It is in critical low battery and it will not charge. Anyone knows how to fix it? Thx a lot!
