The computer was really nice very clean and came in a good box and for the first few days it was okay but I didnt do very much with it at that point but then I started to use it for school na dit ran really slow after that not just for school it would take several minutes for me to look up something and it got really annoying. I then requested to return it and got my money back

No capital lock light

This laptop is great for school work, watching, and gaming! It’s a all around great laptop and has a great battery life! One thing that is kinda bad is the sound quality, it’s kinda low. But other than that it’s great!

I loved this laptop until about a month ago. The fingerprint sensor stopped working. Ive tried reprogramming it with no luck. Now, the screen has stopped working on the laptop. I can still connect to an external monitor, but the laptop screen is black only. Since its within a year of the warranty, Ill see if Acer can do anything about it. But now, Ill have to pay shipping and be without a laptop if theyll even be able to fix it.

Sent this back! I couldnt get it to connect to my network. It wasnt packaged very well from the warehouse. It was moving around in the box when I received it. I sent it back with bubble wrap around it.

Light and sleek design

Great Value For what you get in a starter laptop. I use a Lenovo Thinkpad P50 daily and have been using top of the line Thinkpad laptops since 2008. So my review will be a very honest and non-biased one. We got this for my grand mother to watch Netflix, shop on Amazon, and browse Facebook on Google Chrome. That is all.

I was able to do all the things I couldnt on my last laptop. No longer need to sign in after closing the lid, only when I turn it off. I can disable the touch pad so I can type without erasing my work. It has a 1080 HD screen so the games I play are easier to see. I keep my laptop plugged in so I cant speak to battery life. Everything else is so convenient, I dont even mind the Windows 10 too much.
