> 24 hourVery nice quality for the money and works great. I made the mistake of not checking to see if it had a mounting plate on the back so I could attach to dual monitor stand and it does not have that. I swapped it with my husbands monitor that had the back plate and he is very happy with this monitor so it all worked well.

> 24 hourSeems to be a decent economy monitor. I like that it has 3 different kinds of hook ups but the power input is different than the 3 prong monitors so you cant substitute cords. The only downside I can see as of now is that you can not adjust the hight but I knew that going in. If it stands the test of time Id buy again.

> 24 hourI’ve been using this monitor for the past year without issues and think it is a great product for the price. I work from home so I am a heavy user of my monitor. My old monitor was beginning to flicker all of the time which led me down a research rabbit hole and ultimately deciding between this Acer model and an HP. I opted to go Acer because it was slightly cheaper. I could not be more pleased. Connections: there are numerous ports that connect to different cords so it is a breeze to switch from my laptop to my husband’s laptop and our Chromebook. My laptop is 99% attached. Colors and clarity: my old monitor was old and small and pixel-y so anything was a step up. I had lower expectations for this monitor given the price and really just needed something that did not flicker. The first day I plugged my laptop in I was amazed by the colors and the clarity of everything. The Microsoft lock screen that swaps new stock pictures daily is absolutely gorgeous. My eyes do better when looking at Excels too. Size: I went with the 23.8 bc I did not want to get something obnoxiously large. I almost regret not getting the 27 bc the monitor is so light and thin. The 23.8 is nowhere near overwhelming and definitely is a great everyday size that blends into a workspace, but don’t be afraid to go big. Reliability: I have been using this exactly a year and the monitor has had no issues. It’s been great. I highly recommend this monitor for anyone looking for a great monitor that is thin and light at a great price.

> 24 hourI am not a monitor know-it-all but I did do research before purchasing a fairly cheap 1080p IPS monitor for my newly built computer designed primarily for gaming. This monitor has worked perfectly since taking it out of the box and as I write this review almost two months later. Pros: -very cheap for this type of monitor -was very easy to set up (worried that the single thin mount would force the screen to wobble but it does not at all) -beautiful 1080p crisp images and colors -great for anything below super competitive gaming as it requires a better response time but not an issue for me -Minimal bezel makes this monitor look gorgeous when on -Light weight and easy to move around without lifting up and without fear of scratching my desk due to well designed bottom -Didnt need to adjust settings for better image quality. I tried but the stock settings seemed the best -No backlight problems on my monitor that I read was an issue with other monitors. Dark screens are crisp Cons: -Viewing angles range up and down is not that much but there have been times I wanted it to be higher if I sat higher in my chair This monitor is highly recommended by me since I use it for several hours every day for movies as well as gaming. My favorite quality has to be the minimal bezel and LED screen that makes it seem like a high quality image is sitting directly in front of you without looking at an ugly monitor. I recommend this product highly for its extremely low price for its quality.

> 24 hourI purchased this monitor to replace an HP 23 bw monitor that has developed LCD panel issues like horizontal reddish lines on the right side of the screen and image burn-in. That monitor was a 1080p IPS LED backlit monitor just like this one, but is a 23 inch monitor instead of a 24 inch monitor like this one is. This monitor handles anything thats thrown at it very well. Doesnt matter if its a movie, an old TV program, games, photos, or graphics. Im very impressed with its picture quality. I tested the Overdrive settings on both Normal and Extreme and found out it only results in annoying colored motion blur artifacts called inverse ghosting on the edges of every object in a game for instance. I found that it is best to turn off Overdrive and that when it is off, motion blur is really only noticeable when you specifically look for it and it doesnt get any worse as you turn down the brightness setting, even down to zero. The one negative about this monitor is the on-screen menu. It isnt as user-friendly as on the other monitors I own, but I know it will become easier to use as I start to get used to how it works. I only had to do some fiddling with the presets to set it to the User presets and tweak the color controls slightly to get the best picture quality. I feel that a less than ideal on-screen menu isnt enough to take a star away. It is possibly the best deal for a monitor on the market right now given that this monitor is on sale for $130. You dont see many IPS displays that perform well in this price range. Id recommend this monitor to anyone who needs a 1080p monitor that performs well.
