> 24 hourI havent started production yet, but I have opened one of the individually wrapped flat bars. It looks great, no dings or sign of rust. Looking forward to the knife build.

> 24 hourIt was ok. It was pretty flimsy. Im no Ahnuld, but I was able to bend it by hand and its pretty thick steel. Worked for what I needed it for but glad I didnt buy it for automotive frame work or structural work.

> 24 hourActual dimensions were 12 (almost exactly), x 1.493 x .160. So it wasnt quite as wide as advertised. However the corners were cut very square and werent rounded over like other steel I have used in the past. This means I can push the spine all the way to the edge instead of losing some width to compensate. So even though this is 0.007 too small, the usable billet of steel is the same effective size as others I have used. All three pieces are exactly the same as each other, so clearly a consistent product. Packaging was great & all were unblemished & rust free. Pretty happy overall.

> 24 hourProduct is not annealed. If they lie about that in title, than the steel quality can not be trusted. Do not purchase!

> 24 hourNot an expert knife maker, but I am very please with the one I made. Really good edge retention after the heat treatment. I would think is good steel

> 24 hourIm sure this is fine steel but, as others have said, its NOT annealed. If you send your blades out to be heat treated, and dont have the means to get this hot enough to anneal it, you will have problems. EDIT: The seller contacted me and offered a full refund, was very nice. I had already sent the steel back, but they were quick to reach out after my review, so I wanted to let everyone know. If you can anneal this, it was straight, clean steel.
