Zoo Med Turtle Tuff Splashproof Halogen Lamp

Didnt even last a full 5months. Bought it at the end of June, didnt last past october. And plus my turtle hated it the whole time anyways, she would hide under her log or in a corner of the tank when Id have it on.

The light bulb exploded when water splashed on it.

Its been months and it still hasnt given out

This is the second bulb in less than a month that has broken. I have used this most recent one for little over a week, not even on full power via a dimmer switch, and the top of the bulb came unglued. Will not buy this brand again.

Not a lamp just bulb

Less than 1 month and bulb is not working... I have to order immediately another one as i dont want my turtle to suffer. Waste of money

Its just a light bulb. Not much to say. The turtle likes to stand under this lamp but he (she?) is not very discriminating and seems to have no preference for one brand of bulb over any other. I took one star off not because this lamp is not as good as others but because NONE of them are great. They cost to much for what you get and burn out to fast. Someone should make a five star lamp.
