Package came as promised.

Bulb burnt out within a few hours. Probably better off just taking the trip to the pet store instead of wasting time on this junk

Please do not use these types of bulbs - they are known to cause eye issues in reptiles (photo-kerato-conjunctivitis). Item came and didnt work...bulb intact but not working. No refunds on this item. Maybe they shouldnt mail a light bulb in a envelope.

brought 2,both had very low uv output ~0.5-1.0 at 5 inches distance. I returned both. maybe they were defect. Im just reviewing based on what I brought.

Burned out in first 2 weeks.

I bought two bulbs, one I used and one I kept on reserve. When the bulb I was using no longer worked (after about six months). I used the reserve bulb which was DOA. Caveat, be sure to test bulbs before you store any away. My turtle seemed quite happy and healthy basking under the light.
