Zoo Med ReptiSun 10.0 Mini Compact Fluorescent Lamp, 13 Watts

I received this item broken, screwed it into the lamp and it wont light up. I can hear something rattling inside when I shake it. No return policy, I hope I can be issued a refund.

It didnt work. As soon as I screwed it in, it burnt out. This was in a brand new recommended lamp dome.

It seems more and more items are being sold as new but end up being used/dirty or in otherwise not new condition. this bulb came dirty and worn with damaged packing. Must return.

The bulb worked great for 4 days and now is dead already! Very disappointing.

I use this as a DIY happy light to get vitamin D in the mornings. I love it!

brought 2,both had very low uv output ~0.5-1.0 at 5 inches distance. I returned both. maybe they were defect. Im just reviewing based on what I brought.
