Zoo Med ReptiSun 10.0 Mini Compact Fluorescent Lamp, 13 Watts

A great deal on the 10.0.

It immediately blew out when I turned it on.

Doesnt get hot, but provides the UV my turtle needed to be healthy. Its a cool colored fluorescent, build quality is good.

Great UVB light!

Came fully in tact in package and works great.

Idk what happened in the shipping, but this bulb didn’t work at all when I was testing it out and at first I thought it was the socket that was wrong but nope the socket I had worked just fine it was the bulb that was broken. I gave the bulb a little shake and sure enough, I heard some rattling. Definitely not worth the money, I’d rather go to a pet store than order from here.

When I got it, it was already broken. The inside had something detached and was rattling around. It’s unfortunate that I can’t return or exchange this.

Perfect for my lizards

I use this exact bulb for all four of my bearded dragons. It works very well and is a great price. I use it in combinaion with Zoo Med Repti Basking Spot Lamp 100w bulb (you may need to adjust wattage depending on size of dragon and size of tank) and my dragons are super happy and healthy. Do remember to replace these every 6 months or so as all bulbs are no longer able to emmit UVB rays , and will can stop producing long before the light shows any sign of deterioration.
