Makes it so much easier to get into the tank. I just locked the back into place with Zilla screen locks (they are plastic and break very easily so I put them in back so I dont have to ever unlock them). You can also leave heat lamp sitting on the back side and it doesnt get in the way when you open the front half.It also already has the holes drilled for attaching screen locks.

Had an old 10 gallon aquarium than I cleaned and made into a terrarium for my 2 Emperor Scorpions. Needed a lid that had easy access to the tank. This lid fits well and the ease of access is great. Great price, fast shipping.

No need to take off the whole lid to feet or pet your reptile! Pretty sturdy, not made cheap or anything. Fit my 20gallon long tank with a small amount of wiggle room. Going to buy a similar kind when I upgrade to the next size up tank.

It is sturdy and full wire mesh, no melting worries from basking lights. Doesnt quite full fit my tank lengthwise but is is close enough to not cause a problem.

This thing is a beast. It fits my axolotl tank perfectly, the hinges are well made and works soundlessly and smoothly. Its even strong enough to hold my 11 pound cat when he decides to hang out on top of it and watch what is going on in the aquarium beneath.

I recieved my screen with bent hinges and edges!! The box was not a proper box for this. The basically just flattened out a box that was maybe 35 inches tall unmade and taped the sides shut! Im disappointed that my screen didnt come intact enough. Ive already gone out and bought a new one. And the measurements are wrong. Its 31 1/4 x 13 1/8. It wouldnt fit my tank even if I could fix this.

This is a great screen cover. We have a 55 gallon tank for our geckos and it fits perfectly.
