ViewSonic PX701-4K 4K UHD 3200 Lumens 240Hz 4.2ms Home Theater Projector with HDR, Auto Keystone, Dual HDMI, Sports and Netflix Streaming with Dongle on up to 300 Screen

I ordered the px748-4k for gaming and occasional movies. The input lag is negligible, so thats good. Color accuracy is okay, but in HDR mode, there is A LOT of banding. Black levels are the worst I have ever seen on any projector EVER. this is my 5th projector. I use a .8 gain matte grey screen, and blacks are light grey at best. I am not surprised as its to ve expected with DLP projectors, but this is especially bad. Anyway, all in all, i dock a star for terrible black levels, but otherwise decent value for the money. For daytime with lots of ambient light, good option. For dedicated theatre with light control, not so much.

Leider sind die Farben verwaschen. Da lohnt sich ein Full HD Projektor mit satten Farben in der selben Preisklasse wesentlich mehr, als ein einstiger 4K mit blassen Farben.

This was initially just a £1000 paperweight! It arrived password locked! The website is useless and I was going to have to return it. But my son sat down and kept trying numbers until he got lucky and unlocked it. The image is superb. Its crystal clear and easy to focus. The keystone adjustment isnt great so its not particularly flexible when it comes to siting it. Having said that, from about 3m, its throwing a 120in wide-screen picture that is fantastic. The difference in picture quality between our previous HD projector and this 4K projector is truly remarkable. The colour depth is good. As with all projectors, it struggles with highlights but its considerably better than most. The speakers really arent very good but we run the sound through a surround sound system anyway. If you are just buying it for the picture as you have a different way to play the sound, this is a great projector. If not, keep looking or budget for a better speaker system too.

Estamos de acuerdo quer no es lo mejor que he visto, es mi primer proyector pero ya tenia TV 4k y hdr y este ViewSonic pierde en los colores oscuros, se ven de un gris oscuro. Habría que configurar mejor tal vez sus parametros manualmente y no confiar en los predeterminados. De todas formas estoy muy contento con la compra, sin tener que gastarme miles de dolares para mi entretenimiento doméstico está genial. El tamaño de pantalla es ideal en una habitación de 3mts*3mts con una pantalla blanca mate. Sin dudas para empezar y no gastarte una fortuna es ideal. I decided long ago that the cost of a TV out paced the technology. For that reason I only use projectors in my media room. This particular projector is a replacement for an older viewsonic I had for over 8 years. With that kind of lifespan ill keep buying them over a TV every day that ends in day!

Nice full featured projector. Viewsonic has become one of my go to companies for high quality projectors. I use it for Halloween digital decorations on my windows.

Great picture quality for the price. Hooked up my google chromecast and able to cast like a TV and use apps. People who complains about this doesnt know what a projector is. Dont buy this if you want the same built in features as a TV, because a projector is not a TV.

Complete trash . This thing crapped the bed not even 18 hrs after delivery. 1st of all what a PITA to get a good picture. I have a theatre style setup in my basement with a 1080p Elsinore projector . I decided to upgrade to this junk. I had to move the view sonic 4 freaking feet closer to get a good picture. Then the next day I couldn’t even get a picture signal I had to unplug and plug in the hdmi cords to get it back. 90% of the time it doesn’t even turn on with the remote. Like I said absolutely trash product. Stay far away.

Hands down this is one of the best projectors I have ever used, it blows the water out of the Optoma 4K gaming competitor. The input lag is very, very low and definitely meets or exceeds the advertised 4.5ms. I use this projector primarily for lab research in 1080P mode where latency is a major concern and we are extremely happy with the brightness, response speed, and image quality. The response time in 4k is great as well, but not quite as fast as lower resolutions. Our previous Viewsonic 1080P projector lasted us 10 years, and we still use it today! Happy to have finally found the high quality product we needed, we will definitely continue buying Viewsonic in the future.

For under $1,000 it is a great projector. The focus lever doesnt move smoothly so takes a few minutes to get it where you want it. Once everything is set up it throws a great picture. 3 months after owning, got a white pixel. It is still under warranty and their response was quick, but the customer is responsible for paying to ship the item back ($30 for me with insurance).
