Con: the squeegee blade pulls/falls off the end pretty easily, which is super annoying. Pro: lightweight, easy assembly, long handle Overall it did what I needed it to to clean windows at home. I will continue to use it in the future since it wont be an every day thing. If I were to use it more frequently I definitely would return it because of the rubber squeegee end.

Its not magical, but it sure is a time saver. I would recommend washing and drying the cloths before use to cut down streaking. Overall, Im happy with the performance.

First of all, very easy to assemble out of box. I like that I can adjust the length of the pole by choosing how many sections I want. This makes it easy to reach my tall windows as well as do my car windows. The assortment of microfiber pads are also nice when doing a large area that makes the pads dirty. I would recommend this window cleaner to anyone looking to make this chore easier.

Like the accessories and the quality of the entire product.

Updated: While the product did not meet my expectations, the customer service I received was 5 star! Thank you for making the situation right, you are one of the few retailers that value customer service. I tried multiple cleaning products, nothing cleaned the windows. I ended up using paper towels and window cleaner to get them streak free.

This kit works great. Good selection included. Needs about 4 more inches of separation between rubber and cloth to make it a clean job first time.

I am a very tall 53“ and cleaning my car windows is impossible without hopping, stretching, and climbing on the car. I end up just missing spots I cant reach. Not anymore. I love this thing. It was a bit too long with all the poles so I didnt attach one and I removed the grip and put it on the base pole instead. Its perfect and I can alway add the other pole if I want. I also love all the attachments it comes with.
