Assembly was quick and easy. The Squeegee is light duty and tends to streak if not held a t a very steady 30 degree angle. Seemed the rubber on the squeegee was quite stiff. It did an acceptable job, but I wish I would have spent a little more money for a more professional unit.

Thank you for making the situation right, you are one of the few retailers that value customer service. I tried multiple cleaning products, nothing cleaned the windows. I ended up using paper towels and window cleaner to get them streak free.

Very easy to use . Clean my window in my cottage. Perfect for someone like that is a little older.

I like the telescopic handle and how clean my windows looked when using the micro fiber cloth. The squeegee works but slid out of its place that it locks into a couple times. I found that I also needed to still windex afterwards because the squeegee doesn’t get all the water marks off. Great tool, overall.

The squeegee is uneven and doesn’t wipe the water off the windows properly.

At first glance I thought this would be great to wash my solar panels on the roof with since they have to be treated essentially as windows, upon first use it was very nice and sturdy how everything clicks in just right and feels secure. When I went up to the roof, it was very hard to get a streak free swipe from the squeegee side only cause the orange neck part is very rubbery and limp with even light pressure making it very uncomfortable to maneuver. Its a good idea just not stiff enough. I personally would not recommend if you want streak free windows/solar panels

With the additional extension you are only able to use 2 of the 4 poles because of the design. Product does work for small jobs low to the ground. Not able to reach the top part of the window on the 2nd floor.

Actually is versatile. The fact that you can change the angle of the blade is very important. It leaves streaks, but still, on those windows where you cant reach, its much better.

Works great for cleaning windows outside, especially the high ones that are not reachable without a ladder. I have also used it for taller items that I can’t reach such as the ceiling fan and above furniture.

I bought this for my home windows, the wash cloth side works great but the squeegee side is not affective because it doesnt give you a consistent clean area, tou have to go over the area multiple times. The rubber is too hard.
