The squeegee head is a little weak and the blades for the squeegee seem a bit dry. That makes it difficult to clean the far to reach places. Otherwise, it was a fair deal.

The squeegee blades provided with this product do not perform well. They lack a good point for proper removal of water. The design of squeegee on the same apparatus as the scrubber is also foolish. Water spills down while you are attempting to dry the window. I do not recommend. Above is my review for this product as a window cleaner. I still think it performs poorly. The company did refund my money for my purchase and I am grateful for that. I never thought I would use it again, however, we needed to clean our garage floor. I did not know what I would use, then I thought of this, and wow, did it do the trick! I used the full extension and scrubber with a bucket of soapy water to clean the floor, followed by the squeegee to push the water out of the garage. This product worked amazingly well for this use. Stay away from windows and stick to the garage and you will be happy!

I use this product to clean my massive windows at my restaurant. It works fantastically and the ergonomics are great! I’ve had 0 issues. Very easy to assemble.

Great value for the cost. But for me, I feel the extension rods should have better use for shorter lengths. Especially for where the rubber grips are located as it makes it difficult to hold without slipping if you want to use only 1 ext rod. Time will tell and more use if the blades work well when using for different window/glass types. But overall worth the cost.

Bought this in August to help me clean off my solar panels. Finally got around to using it today. The cleaning tool did the job, and I liked the various pads that came with it. The pole itself was just long enough to reach the entire panel(s). The only short coming I experienced was how easy the button on the cleaning head was to bump, therefore moving the head out of the proper position. It happened to me at least 10 times, causing me to stop what I was doing and reposition the head. Not a big deal, and since the item itself didnt cost very much, Ill live with the minor inconvenience.

Admittedly, I live in the MIdwest where our winters are not allowing me to totally test the tool and its full functions. But what I have been able to do is clean our vehicle windshields with ease. When the weather gets a little warmer, I am anxious to try it on our tall windows on our house. Im fairly confident this will work well based on how strong it seems when I apply pressure to clean the windshields. Its very lightweight and easy to assemble. Like any telescoping tool, the more you extend it, the less strength it will have. But if you use it right and take care of it, this appears to be a tool you can have for years - a very handy tool to save time on a ladder.

Havent used it yet, it feels strong enough, all pieces are there, a bit cheap looking, product arrived within time expected. Well see its quality when in use.
