The large squeegee doesn’t get the edges of the glass because it extends a inch over the holder

Im very glad I bought this window cleaning set. Its made it much easier to reach my outside windows without needing a ladder, so much safer, too. It was easily connected and the cleaning pads are very nice. My only comment is that I wish the rubber squeegee was a bit bigger, giving it more flexibility to get a better grip on the window. That said, this is a good value for the price.

Light and usable product but make sure you check the width of the wiper blade to make sure it works for you. For my front windows, due the the short width, had to make a lot more wipes to clean them.

My only issue is that you cant use a bucket when cleaning the windows, you have to use something wider that will fit the large microfiber cloth. Also, the squeegy doesnt get everything which is annoying especially when you are cleaning large windows. I had to climb a ladder to get the left over water so there wasnt a water mark.

OMG I cannot say enough about this product! We had 33 windows in a friends lake house to clean. Within one hour we were finished and our hands/arms did not hurt! Easy to use.

Updated: While the product did not meet my expectations, the customer service I received was 5 star! Thank you for making the situation right, you are one of the few retailers that value customer service. I tried multiple cleaning products, nothing cleaned the windows. I ended up using paper towels and window cleaner to get them streak free.

Well it was delivered within 24 hrs awesome. Its just what I needed for doing my windows.

Wish it didnt smell as bad as it does. I had to remove them from the livingroom to outside to air out. The smell will probably be gone after a wash. Also, I think at full length, the pole might be a bit flimzy.
