    I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to sous vide steak and have it sitting at the ready, at the right temperature, where all I had to do was sear the steaks and they were done. I vacuum sealed the steaks with some butter and some rosemary and thyme, set it for 130 degrees F (I like my steaks medium rare), and when I was just about ready to serve, I pulled the steaks from their water bath, and seared them on a really hot cast iron pan...and they came out perfect. Fish is going to be my next tackle with this! You should give this a try!

    I was turned on to this product by a friend. At first, I was skeptical as to how well it would work. Although you can control it from your phone it also works fine from the controls on the top of the machine. As for how well it works, WOW, it is excellent. First I did my favorite Rib-eye 1.5 inches thick, with the temp set for med rare (130 degrees ) and it came out perfect, following the instructions. I have also done Duck ( not the easiest ), which also came out very well. Next will be Bear meat. One side note be sure to season before placing in the water and you can add seasoned butter and oil too. If your meat floats a little, place a butter knife in the bag for ballast. Happy cooking.

    The Sous Vide Machine is such a nifty cooking device. I will have to admit I was somewhat intimidated when opening and setting it up but it really is so handy. Limited cleaning up is what I was excited about. Just plan your meals, place in bags with seasonings and youll be eating in no time!

    For this machines maiden voyage, we cooked a 2 1/2 pound tri-tip at 134.5° for 2 1/2 hours. Followed by a quick sear on the grill. It turned out delicious. The meat was pink on the inside, tender, and juicy. I have not used the Wi-Fi feature. The machine is slightly larger than the famous name brand. I think it has a stronger motor at a lower price. Keeps the water hot and circulating.

    Very easy to use. I’ve only had the opportunity to use it twice for chicken breast so far. In both instances the chicken came out super moist and evenly cooked. Looking forward to cook a nice steak with it. The machine has easy cleanup.

    Setting up was easy. Controlling with app is very convenient to change time and temperature. The temperature was stable during 24 hr cook time. It would be better if holding clip is vertically adjustable to fit depth of container.

    Ever wonder how fine (& expensive) restaurants get the seafood and steaks cooked perfectly and sooo moist and tender? Here it is! I’ve tried it on salmon & steak, and both were perfect! No more guessing at when it’s done. Just seal it in a bag, put it in a container of water, and let the Sous Vide do the cooking. When it’s done, throw it on the grill, griddle or even the air fryer to brown the surfaces, and enjoy! I especially like the Bluetooth capability. Just get one!! You won’t regret it!

    I found myself intimidated to try sous vide cooking. With encouragement from a friend I found this affordable sous vide at Amazon not only was it affordable, but it works like a charm. Meats and chicken can go from the freezer directly into the sous vide to be cooked to perfection. Once it is at the proper temperature, no need to rush to the table as it can be kept in the water until you choose to eat. Amazing yeah!
