    Since purchasing the product Ive cooked 2 types of steak and bone in pork chops. The steaks, a thick filet mignon and strip steak were both cooked to medium. The filet mignon came out as expected melt in your mouth tender and juicy after follow up sear grilling. The strip steak was about an inch thick certainly not the quality of the filet mignon but did come out tender and juicy also after sear grilling but just not the same consistency of the filet mignon for obvious reasons. Both were delicious! The bone-in pork chop was cooked at 150 degrees which based on a recipe that came with Sous Vide. The recipe recommended 140 degrees but that would have cooked it medium so I just upped the temp to get it closer to well done which is noted in the guide to be 160 degrees+. The chop came out exactly how I like it after pan searing no pink and juicy! My only issue with the product is setting up the wi-fi connection through the downloadable app. It took me a bit of time with my home system to make the connection.

    This product has changed to way we cook. The meats are so tender and flavorful. we Take them from the Sous Vide and either Put them on the Grill or sear them in a cast iron skillet. I would highly reccomend this product. The app makes it so easy!

    I love being able to prepare the food ahead of time and set a temperature and let it go for a few hours and know it’s going to be cooked perfectly when I’m ready to eat. The only problem I have at times is getting connect to my internet but I believe it is due to my kind of service.

    The Sous Vide performed well on a 18 hour mission to make an eye of round roast perfect. It came out juicy and tender cooked to medium rare!!!

    I’ve used this machine constantly since receiving it and the food comes out tasting incredible. We had a cheap cut of pork shoulder that I simply placed in a food storage bag alone with thyme, garlic with salt and pepper. I placed it in the SOUS vide for 20 hours at 175 degrees and it just falls apart with your fork. This machine is intuitive and I’ve not had one issue. Highly recommended!

    We’ve only used our Sous Vide once and our steak turned out great! We connected to it through the app and was able to monitor the temperature staying consistent. It worked as it advertised.

    Listing to 2KrazyKetos, the question was how to make the most tender steak. Answer was Sous Vide. I had not heard of it before, so I went to Amazon. This thing makes the MOST TENDER STEAK EVER! Even from less expense cuts of meats. Does great pork too! I sous vide mine the day before and then heat it up in a skillet before serving.

    Setting up was easy. Controlling with app is very convenient to change time and temperature. The temperature was stable during 24 hr cook time. It would be better if holding clip is vertically adjustable to fit depth of container.

    I was skeptical about the product working for the price it was-- and would it heat larger containers. The product worked perfectly--even in a 26 quart container. Its quality was matched with the commercial products we use at work. I was able to cook fall off the bone ribs and they came out perfectly. I was even able to cook a medium-rare Prime Rib. 1. EASY TO USE!!!! 2. ACCURATE TEMPERATURE 3. EASY TO CLEAN Plan on buying another for a friend of mine.
